I make ridiculous faces at myself in the mirror, sometimes for more than 30 minutes.
Weird things about you.

I guess the weirdest thing about me is that I faint. About once a year on average. Preferably in public places. Always nice waking up with a bunch of strangers looming over you and staring at you. Primary school, secondary school, playground, hospital, at concerts, in a bar, a spa in Turkey.... >_< Usually it's caused by pain, standing for a long time in a warm place or stress. By now it has become a vicious circle. When I know I will have to get injections or something I get worried it will hurt and I will faint, and the stress makes me more likely to faint even when the pain itself turns out to be not that bad (like when I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled).
Last time was on a very long flight and the weirdest and scariest way it had ever happened, because it had no clear reason whatsoever. After several hours I decided to move my legs a bit to stimulate the blood flow and suddenly I became nauseated and fainted not long after that. It took quite long before I regained control and became fully aware again. I was sort of semi-conscious for a time, while I usually wake up very quickly and all is well again. The last few times I was nauseated and feeling ill much longer afterward. Sucks even more when you're on a plane by yourself for a trip to the other side of the world.
The fainting itself is already pretty odd, but it seems I faint in a weird way as well. Instead of going limp and dramatically slumping to the floor my muscles tense and I go stiff, which I've been told looks scary.

Maybe you should see a doctor about that. Just to err on the safe side.

I have. They did an EEG when I was a child and found no abnormalities, so it's not like epilepsy or something. Went to my general practitioner two years ago because the after effects of the fainting were stronger the last few times, but she didn't do much more than measure blood pressure (slightly low, but nothing special there) and suggest it might be anemia and that I go to a clinic to have my blood tested. I haven't bothered with that because I find it extremely unlikely that I've had anemia for 19 years and I have no other symptoms pointing in that direction. I can exercise, do not feel tired and can encounter no problems whatsoever for more than a year.
My mother has it too, although less extreme than I, so I guess it's some kind of genetic vulnerability to it.

After college, I started to hallucinate a lot.(still happens a lot)
I have a very good memory
I have a quick mind
I enjoy a game more for the logical system than anything else

Same here. Did it all through college too. Oddly, I concentrate better without having eaten food. Apart from your hallucinations, I'd say everything else you listed isn't weird at all and just intellectual qualities that any employer would value.
I get uncomfortable when complimented. Murderously so...
Despair Demon, I've been tracking you for a while on this site now and I must say you are the most elegant person here with your beautiful speech and also, possibly, the most intelligent person on this forum. I don't know what you look like physically but if your appearance is on the same quality of your intellect then I imagine you have a divinely sculpted face with flowing locks and a stubble to die for, effectively you're Adonis.

The hallucinations are so weird. It doesn't help that my eyes have this cracked vision for a split second when I open my eyes at times. The other times it's just red colors out of nowhere.
The hallucinations come in when I see random shapes

- I loathe the time of eating a proper meal.
- I hate buying clothes. Everyone tells me I'm very stylish. Tell me if a black vest, a white shirt with sleeves rolled up and a red tie is style. I mean, that's what I usually buy. My wardrobe is full of vests, white shirts and red ties.
- I usually spend more than 5 hours when buying shoes. Everything is distasteful.
- I can rap. This is only strange for the people who know me.
- I can skate. Read above.
- I abhor alcohol.

I almost always like villain characters better than hero characters. I mean, seriously, some of those "heroes" need to be put in their place.

I can never ever fully sit motionless. If it's not my legs that are moving (twitching, so you wish), I'll be doing stuff with my arms or hands.
I've noticed that a lot of skinny people 'suffer' from this.
Standing still is another something I can't do. At best I can lean against something while smoking.

I make my own jokes in private that I actually laugh at and have full blown conversations with myself. You're not alone! LOL
Studies have actually said it's healthy if you talk to yourself and that many do do it:
http://www.huffingto..._b_4994549.html
http://jamaica-glean...th/health1.html
"The take home lesson: when kids or adults talk to themselves through difficult tasks, performance improves. There's some controversy as to whether it improves immediately or whether it takes awhile for the self-coaching to add up, but either way, self-talk has a positive influence."
It's only when you're responding to voices in your head, that's when you're going crazy.

Amigo, those details are absolutely epic!
But even without those, a simple observation of human behavior would put it into perspective for most (except maybe the REALLY prudish or ones who heads rotate 360 degree and spew green soup!)
I digress, simply look at it like this:
- If human self sexual gratification benefits us as a species (and yes it sure as hell does!), then by extension having your own personal pep talk serves the same beneficial purpose! Case closed!
Do it yourself for the win! ![]()
