Another weird thing.
I'm like the most paranoid person ever. I'm driving alone and I see some car behind me? Yeah, that a-hole is overtaking me so I can see where the hell he's going.
Same with locked doors, open taps etc... I've once walked all 200 steps to my house TWICE just to see if the door was locked properly.
When people knock on the door the first thing I assume is that it'll be like Law Abiding Citizen so I make sure to look.
And I live in the safest place in Europe xD
Don't know what makes me like that. Probably so much fiction.
I use to remember the funny/hilarious stuff (from movies and anime) and laugh (gently) in the public.
I do it all the time.
Not even gently xD

I have. They did an EEG when I was a child and found no abnormalities, so it's not like epilepsy or something. Went to my general practitioner two years ago because the after effects of the fainting were stronger the last few times, but she didn't do much more than measure blood pressure (slightly low, but nothing special there) and suggest it might be anemia and that I go to a clinic to have my blood tested. I haven't bothered with that because I find it extremely unlikely that I've had anemia for 19 years and I have no other symptoms pointing in that direction. I can exercise, do not feel tired and can encounter no problems whatsoever for more than a year.
My mother has it too, although less extreme than I, so I guess it's some kind of genetic vulnerability to it.
Do you have a history of anxiety issues in your family? It sounds like that it may be an anxiety issue, but for the love of all that is healthy don't take pills for it!
The hallucinations are so weird. It doesn't help that my eyes have this cracked vision for a split second when I open my eyes at times. The other times it's just red colors out of nowhere.
The hallucinations come in when I see random shapes
How often do you take hallucinogenic drugs?

Me? Experiment with drugs? nah never nope. It is never going to happen. I mean who would even do such a thing? I mean even if your friend todd says it will make you feel good, you possibly go to the forest and look at the funny colors for the few hours then you realize that todd might have a problem but you don't want to do him like that cause you don't want to get too into deep.
I would never take LSD and go into the forest with todd especially on a saturday night because he is bored and has got this free stuff.
I don't think so.

Why did you think anxiety first for syncope?

Why did you think anxiety first for syncope?
I always think of anxiety first. It's my field of interest in psychology. Also because of the highlighted statements here:
I guess the weirdest thing about me is that I faint. About once a year on average. Preferably in public places. Always nice waking up with a bunch of strangers looming over you and staring at you. Primary school, secondary school, playground, hospital, at concerts, in a bar, a spa in Turkey.... >_< Usually it's caused by pain, standing for a long time in a warm place or stress. By now it has become a vicious circle. When I know I will have to get injections or something I get worried it will hurt and I will faint, and the stress makes me more likely to faint even when the pain itself turns out to be not that bad (like when I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled).
Last time was on a very long flight and the weirdest and scariest way it had ever happened, because it had no clear reason whatsoever. After several hours I decided to move my legs a bit to stimulate the blood flow and suddenly I became nauseated and fainted not long after that. It took quite long before I regained control and became fully aware again. I was sort of semi-conscious for a time, while I usually wake up very quickly and all is well again. The last few times I was nauseated and feeling ill much longer afterward. Sucks even more when you're on a plane by yourself for a trip to the other side of the world.
The fainting itself is already pretty odd, but it seems I faint in a weird way as well. Instead of going limp and dramatically slumping to the floor my muscles tense and I go stiff, which I've been told looks scary.
I would question whether or not she/he is actually just experiencing stress, or if it's the stress of the situation combined with the anxiety of eventually fainting. If medical tests are unable to come up with n explanation it's possible that there's a psychological cause for it.
Something to look into anyways.
On a side note I wonder if it is actually syncope since Dutchess indicated that she/he has gone through the necessary testings to identify it. Which of course doesn't mean that she/he doesn't have it, but since the doctor didn't do any other procedures (which may just mean said doctor isn't really paying attention) it may not be syncope.

There's a lot. From being a self center knight templar,(non religious) a canon nazi (unless said canon makes no sense, then rebel against it like Zelda or Metroid) to a jerk or a man who drinks to remember his past personalities (including failures of life) , or a wannabe (anti) villain who will save the hero because it's the right thing (blue, and orange morality),there's to much. After all aren't we all quirky. We are only too human after all,
Good topic wish there was a (older sibling) barbarian origin in the next game. ![]()

My aunt and a cousin have had some issues in that regard, but that's it. No issues with my parents or grandparents, while my mother has fainted occasionally as well. And don't worry, I don't need pills.
Wouldn't help much to be permanently drugged for something relatively harmless that happens maybe once a year.
I always think of anxiety first. It's my field of interest in psychology. Also because of the highlighted statements here:

She.
When I anticipate pain stress/anxiety likely plays a part, but I haven't been stressed in every case of fainting. Like I said, it can also happen when I have to stand in a warm, humid environment for a prolonged period of time, like at a concert or - once - a bar. I'm not anxious or stressed then and I'm not going in fearing I might pass out, so it's not purely a psychological thing. Sometimes feeling weird/unwell is all it takes, when I'm sick or when I went to the sauna for the first (and probably last) time.
I had to look up syncope but that just seems a different word for fainting? I also fainted during the EEG preparation, so I think I proved my case then and there
(needles scratching in your skull is not nice). I was pretty young when they tested me, so they didn't divulge all the details to me, but I think the main reason to have me tested was to ensure it wouldn't happen completely at random and put me in danger, like when I'm swimming or something. That was my parents' primary concern. Once it had been established that it was not a condition like epilepsy I guess there was no real reason to keep digging for a cause. It's not impairing my daily life after all.

Also. I like Spiders. I have one on my Bathroom who's all like "dude, can I stay here?" And I'm like "sure bro, whatever you need."
Same with most things... until I see a ****** Cockroach.
I can't even LOOK at them. I ****ing hate them. Sure, that's normal. But remember, I literally don't mind ANY insect.
But those pieces of walking ****? **** me it's like if a zombie waked in the room. If I owned a gun I'd probably shoot them for sport.

I could be defined as "weird". No man alive can comprehend me, for I am removed from humanity that is and was. And it is a lonely existence, but one that I must shoulder, as I have for a .... a long, long time.
I have been hidden from sight, content to influence the world from shadows. The internet has proven very useful in that regard. One day I will come out in the spotlight fully. But is is not this day.
