Ok, so you care about the price, but not the medium. Meaning your issue with EA's policy here is a different one than the OP's , who specifically asked about the physical version.

Correct in my case, but the lack of a physical version does result in my issue.

And I would prefer the physical version. It's just the price difference is the part I find most annoying.

If I buy the Deluxe Edition in US, will I be able to play it correctly here in Sweden? Or will I get some "not available in this region" bullshit?

I can't say for sure, but some time ago I bought a UK version of DA:O Ultimate Edition for PC (there was no localized physical version available), and could play it in Germany. So I assume you'll be safe.

Edit: OK, regionalization is obviously an America/Europe issue, not an issue among different European countries, but here is some information on that point.

Region generally isn't a thing for PC games.

The only question is whether every version will have every language option. I imagine they would.

That UK DA:O version was English only. And as I remember the keyboard layout didn't match, but that had only a minor effect.

There is btw already an older thread on region lock of DA:I on the Bioware forum here.

It's a pity the threads related to the DE/IE physical version availability issue are so scattered. Here's a fairly recent one focusing more on the Inquisitor's Edition.

I am kind of pissed off, in  my region you can buy DA:I for 40 euro, Digital Deluxe could cost 50 euro, but nope not for PC...

I got a key for the russian version of ME3 and was able to play it in New Zealand. So you should probably be able to play it
