So i have reinstalled DAO and Awakenings digitally through Origin.

 

When i load into the game it doesnt show Awakenings.

 

I noticed that patch 1.0.4 says to install it again after you install Awakenings........but as i downloaded digitally it is automatically 1.0.5?

 

Should i patch the digital game using the patch 1.0.5? and will that fix it?

 

Sometimes i wish i had the ultimate edition with the amount of DLC probs this game causes :/

Seems as though Awakenings wasnt added into the Addins.xml file. So i found this which worked. Fingers crosses i wont have anyone DLC issues now that this and Stone Prisoner now work.

 

I did also copy the daorigins.exe file and pasted it elsewhere before i patched to 1.0.5 just to be safe, then copied the .exe file back. So far so good.

I had the same problems. Might be not really factual, but IMO Origin messes it up, totally.

 

As one other example:

I have all DLCs for DA:O and Awakening. Nevertheless, Origin did not recognize them. Thus, I had no Warden's Keep, sometimes no Return to Ostagar and no Stone Prisoner. When I installed DA:O from DVD, all was fine.

 

Even the automatic downloading and installing ingame worked now, so all these trinkets, which came with preorder and whatnot were also present.

 

So, if you can get your hands on a game-DVD, your troubles are gone.
