Rogue Inquisitor... "Wait.. something's wrong... How am I holding this??"

Oh dear, is that sword gonna be the new M-3 Predator?
Rogue Inquisitor... "Wait.. something's wrong... How am I holding this??"
snip
I'm surprised that the sword didn't fall out of his hand or spontaneously combust since rogues are incapable of holding anything but daggers and bows now.
Does someone know who delivered the line "Time we stop believing on this one."? Was it the Inquisitor? I can't tell.

Yeah It was the Inquisitor.

Its "Time we start believing in this one" I believe people have said its Dorian.

I think it was Dorian about the Inquisitor

Are you sure? I was convinced it was the Inquisitor.
skipping!
BTW, I really hope we don't have to wear the pirate pants that IB is sporting if we are a Qunari inquisitor.
I really need this game right now! I can't take this anticipation anymore. It is killing me.
Please, BioWare, I need my fix. Make time move faster!

Are you kidding me? I hope we CAN. Those pants are freaking awesome! I tweeted Mike LayingDowntheLaw, asking him specifically if we could don those stylish pants but he never replied..
Are you sure? I was convinced it was the Inquisitor.
Yeah, I thought it was the Inquisitor about the Elder One.
Yeah, I thought it was the Inquisitor about the Elder One.
Sounds like the Inquisitor from the A World Unveiled trailer to me.
I'm surprised that the sword didn't fall out of his hand or spontaneously combust since rogues are incapable of holding anything but daggers and bows now.
Isn't that a her? Or am I still seeing things?
Yeah It was the Inquisitor.
Thanks. In this case that would be awesome... because one german Inquisitor voice option would then be the same voice Edward Kennway had. And I was planning to model one of my Inquisitors after Edward Kennway. Yay! :3

Pretty sure it's the Inquisitor, as a continuation of his line before that one. "All of this happened because of fanatics and arguments about the next world... It's time we start believing in this one."
I'm pretty sure the line about fanatics was said by Solas and the line about believing was by the Inquisitor. Their voices are similar but Solas' is slightly more soft and the Inquisitor's is a teensy bit more gritty.
When publishers of games that allow you to choose your gender does not automatically go with the male for marketing is the day less of us will criticize this choice. Which won't happen until publishers stop being afraid that a lot of dude gamer's won't play the game because they think you can only be a female when they see a female protagonist. Female gamer's however don't care as much when it's the opposite.
A) Most gamers are guys. Marketing to them is not only "not a bad thing," but perfectly reasonable.
Dragon Age: Inquisition has plenty of gameplay and advertisements of female inquisitors, so where are you getting this "automatically go with the male" bullpoopy? That isn't a valid response when there has already been femquisitor advertisements.
C) Games are a fickle market, if you want games like this that actually are a step in the right direction for equality and representation, then it has to sell well. Publishers will always be afraid of their games not selling because making games is a huge investment. You should WANT them to market it to the best of their ability so that it sells well, and so that other companies feel safe in exploring more gender roles, more representation for genders, more equality. Your "special snowflake" comment earlier really makes me think that you want the game catered directly to you on all counts, like always showing the femquisitor.
D) Obviously "female gamers don't care as much" is a down right contradiction. If that is true why are you even talking about it? Why even mention it if you don't care as much? Because you do.
I think it was Dorian about the Inquisitor
The 'this one' refers to 'this world'. It follows the whole 'wars fought over belief in the next world' thing, and is a call to 'believe in this/our world'. It's just kinda awkwardly timed/said so it took 2 watches before I realised what it actually was referring to.
@kukumburr: That's exactly what I heard... favorite lines so far and absolutely how my Inquisitor will be acting.
Are you kidding me? I hope we CAN. Those pants are freaking awesome! I tweeted Mike LayingDowntheLaw, asking him specifically if we could don those stylish pants but he never replied..
No, those things are hideous, I was actually relieved to see that IB can wear armored greaves and such and not just those stupid striped pants.
And this is the first and only time I have actually commented on the wardrobe of characters in a game, so that can tell you how much I dislike those pants.
Oh they would, if we switched it - almost only female protagonists in game trailers - most gamer dudes would be up in arms. But they don't care now because to them it's normal to show mostly males. Funny, it's often the same dudes who try to tell me "gender does not matter", of course it does. Otherwise game trailers, and games, would not be heavily biased towards male characters.
Oh, Jesus. Must every thread become a rally?
Hm. This trailer wasn't as good as the other ones.
I think I just want to play the game.
We dont want this thread to be locked, so have the debate in the thread about seeing more of the Fem Inquisitor ?
