I'm pretty sure "It's time we start believing in this one," is the Inquisitor. Sometimes it's hard to tell his voice and Solas' apart.
To be honest, I just thought that whole line about fantatics and the next world was being said by Cullen.
Dat ass doe!
Except they've marketed trailers and gameplay of both genders pretty equally...
Seems a lot like petty whining tbh
Gameplay demos =/= cinematic trailers. The human male inquisitor has been featured in every single proper trailer outside of one. It's just nice having an "epic" trailer that represents something other than the usual (human white male). Not to mention that PC customization is unique to the majority of games - you'd just think they'd devote a trailer to highlight the feature.

I don't think it's a huge issue, but I would have loved to see all the different types of Inquisitor, yeah.
It's cool that people go frame by frame to discover something more. I tend to watch the whole thing from start to finish and take in the entire essence of the story. And after watching The enemy of Thades and the others, I feel I have a better sense of the story.
I think that is good. It is even more exciting now knowing what we're up against in this inquisition.
I'm not concerned with who stood where at what frame number, what the armor looks like. I'm here for the whole thing. The whole story.
I just hope that the writers aren't rolling around in pain at us knowing all of this before hand. Its their baby; I imagine it is tough allowing plot points and enemies to be exposed.
The music is amazing. All the trailers have amazing music.
I cannot wait. This will be an epic experience. I will tell friends and family to bugger off so I can get some inquisiting done!
Too bad his look is ruined by the silly helmet.
I agree. That helmet was a mistake. It should never have existed - to paraphrase Alexius.
I wonder if the Warden strong hold mission is around the end of the game. I mean it's got demons, dragons, people being killed left and right in those cutscenes.
Time to start believing in this one is a great catchphrase. I like the message that it's getting across.
The video looks stunning everything is so crisp and colourful, the armors the landscape and all the characters shown.
Really liked the trailer.

Yeah, they did devote a trailer to highlight that feature. And while gameplay and trailers aren't the same, they both do market the game. There has bee an equal amount of both genders shown. Yes, male inquisitor is primarily in the trailers but the female inquisitor is more often used in the gameplay.
And in all honesty, what does it matter? The armour covers the face and all distinguishable characteristics anyways.
I liked seeing the dwarven female inquisitor tap her shield with sword....very Legion of the Dead! ![]()
I do love hearing so much Solas, although my first thought was..."He needs a cloak...a big one"..unless of course he's wearing thermals. Aaaand that is one BADASS looking dragon!
Very good trailer. Loved it. Thanks to the OP for posting it.
Nice trailer. Although I have no idea what I just watched. It was so fast I feel like I have visual whiplash lol. I think I need to watch it at least 20 more times to even get a basic idea of what I'm seeing. ![]()
Oh, and someone asked why we are attacking Grey Wardens? Legacy DLC is the reason. ![]()
Dorian's voice doesn't suit at all in this trailer.

Which trailer highlighted that you can play different races? I agree that demos work as marketing, but it's the trailers that you'll see on TV or as YouTube ads. I don't see what the big deal is to you, honestly? You're the one that declared people as whiny when I didn't read anyone trashing the trailer based on the W/M protag, only saying they wished it utilized a different PC.
And I can clearly see it's a human white male regardless of the helmet.

In other words; what will reach most players is where the male inquisitor can be seen the most, trailers. Just what some of us are talking about it being a problem.

I'm more inclined to believe they are rolling around with laughter at the speculations and outright bizarre "truths" people are pointing out in the carefully edited trailers. ![]()
It does seem odd to only see only race and gender option out of all those available. Part of me wonders if the trailers weren't developed a long time ago.
