Dont pay much attention to games journalism/ industry so no.I usually watch gameplay videos on Youtube and from that deduce whether the game and it's features would be something I would enjoy.

Nope, no reviews for this game.    Bioware is still among a handful of developers that I still trust.   Now that there is some actual PC UI gameplay footage out, that was the last real hold out over me buying the game.     Good games can be awful with console ported control schemes, and hence I had some hesitancy toward pre-ordering until now.

Now that I see Bioware hasn't let us down like so many others out there, I pre-ordered today.

Reviews are typically only good anyway if they come from a source you trust implicitly.  One that has a good track record of how they rated a game vs. what you experienced.    Until I actually get burned royally by a developer (looking at you EGOSOFT), I will order their games based on their track record.   So far, Bioware is still spot on.

I'm buying it anyway, so no, I don't really care. There are no reviewers I trust anyway.

Great eye-candy, vast exploration, customization, 4 races to choose from, delays to make a better game, etc, etc,. There's already enough out there to make an informed decision.

The issue for me would be on choices that players can make with the story. Considering the lackluster approach on DA2 and the end of ME3, I'd think they got that covered as well.

So, oddly enough, I personally didn't see the need to wait for reviews.

I'll see TotalBiscuit's first impression video if he makes one. I'll probably watch reviews and Let's Plays after I've beaten the game to see how other players experience the game.

Yes but they will not influence a purchase. I don't ever let reviews decide if I buy a game or not. I use my own instincts because I know what I like so I don't care about other opinions. It's good to use reviews to inform yourself and draw correlations. Like, if all user and professional reviewers complain about the same thing...usually that means it's a problem in the game.

I trust only my own opinion and like to think for myself. I already have the game paid off because I know what I like and unless some disaster happens, I'm going to like it. I will read some reviews just to see what people don't like/do like about the game though.

Yes. I'm going to wait till the game becomes cheaper anyway and I will look at reviews to determine how long that wait is going to be.

Video game reviews are notoriously unreliable. Nevermind that the entire appeal of games is pretty much a subjective person-to-person case, but the amount of times I've read reviews that sound like they were bought is off the charts. Most likely because they WERE bought.

So no, won't be reading reviews. IIf I intend to get lied to my face, I'll listen to some politicians.

Pre-ordered months ago- always enjoy Bioware storylines and it interests me more than other games. I have also followed its development and so far they haven't put anything in the game that will make me not want to play it. If I'm mildly interested in a game I will look at reviews or demos to inform me more about the game.

Yeah I always read reviews first. Everything we have seen so far has been by Bioware and while I respect them they are obviously going going to be biased presenting the game so I want to see some unbiased reviews first.

All reviewers are biased, precisely the reason why I'm not letting any reviewer judge my purchase.

Yes but probably less so than the very same company that is selling the game.

Reviews? The ME3-review in my otherwise preferred german game-mag told me that "the amazing ending leaves no question unanswered" ... *head -> desk*

With that in mind...no, probably not...going to preorder it anyway, as I WILL play the game, even if the reviews would be rather mediocre (lets face it: medicore will be the worst for the game anyway, more likely it'll have scores like 80%+ or 7/8 of 10)

I'll also try to stay away from youtube for a while, comments there often make me go mind-berserking...

Yeah, I dont trust any developers... especially ones EA has touched... DAO and ME2 escaped their grasp. The last two havent.

Those items are likely time-gated so that EA can have more direct revenue with pre-orders. There should be an upgrade to the deluxe edition or its items being sold separately after release, but at a higher price.
