Yeah I get the distinct feeling we don't know as much as we think, certainly not as much as we knew at this point before DA2 and ME3. We know about Cory and their involvement with the wardens. We know about Hawke, We know about certain members of the Red Templars. This is a 100 hour game, there's a lot of stuff packed into it. We don't know anything about the Civil War in Orlais beyond that we can decide who sits on the throne, We don't know much about the Mage-Templar war or how it can led to the events we saw in redcliffe.We don't know how we get to elven temple or why it is so important.
I think this is right - it's a huge game and we've seen a few glimpses through the windows.
Just look at Mike Laidlaw's face when he is talking about 'surprises to reveal'.
(in the PC edition video) I think he clearly has exciting unspoiled reveals in mind.
