Today I am using my digital voice recorder.
it's become one of the most handy items to have on me. I do a lot of writing and currently am in a bit of writers block so any ideas I get I record and hopefully very soon will put them to words.

OMFG..........
I can't imagine what actually happened but when I was younger I worked in our equivalent of the DHS and a lady did that in the line waiting to be served, and not an old or infirm lady either... Nice one in her 30s she just couldn't hold it in..... It all came out on the carpet..

Today, I realized I'm lucky to have 5 days off and a roof over my head. Because of the snow, New York is in a state of emergency, and the MTA will shut down tonight at 11pm. That sucks for my coworker because she lives in NYC, and she's expected to go to work tomorrow.
Even worse are the people made homeless because their apartment in Edgewater, NJ burned down last Thursday. Gosh knows that they don't need this snowstorm. Today, I'm hoping they're all okay.
