I needed to reinstall my Dragon Age and Mass Effect games on a new computer, I own the disk copies of all of them.

I went to the BSN to my registered content / user entitlements page and the entire thing is blank.

I know most of the old site was being made read-only but I should still have access to all the DLC I paid for.

Any help, please?

I've tried Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. It's the same in all three. My page is completely blank, but it says my games are registered.

And yes, I've tried re-registering just to see if it needed a kickstart and it says registration is successful, but the entitlements page remains blank.

The self Problem is in my account. Its a Problem Bioware and  EA can't fix today. Yesterday i hat a long chat over this Issue with the EA Support .

There are a Problem that the accounts on Bioware an EA  Servers can't communicate wirth each other. That result in "General error" when you try to buy a new DLC and made your registred content side blank. The EA Support staff i talked to yesterday can't say by when this will fixed ... the error last for months now.

Have you try to install the game via Origin client? I can Install DLCs i bought long ago over the client, there get automatically downloaded when i install the game via download. You can registered your hardcopy in origin and than install the game via Origin client.

I hope this account  Problem will by fixed when DA:I is released ... otherwise i cancel my preorder :(

I can install some of it through the Origin client, but I have DLC items that are not listed on the Origin Client and some that are that it won't let me download, it just throws a random error and says I can't access them.

That sucks. I wonder if you can use someone else's download?

I contacted EA support and was told, 'Yup, I can confirm your DLC is not showing up in your BSN Account' and that was the end of the conversation.

We're working on a fix. This usually happens to people that have a lot of entitlements. The Sims games are notorious for giving out a lot of them because there are so many in-game items you can purchase.

I don't have an ETA yet but likely next week.

That can apply in my case ... i habe a lot "the Sims" items on my Origin Account.

Nice to hear that a fix for this annoyance is in work

There was a weird outage that just happened but things seem to be back now. Can you check again?

When did you get the "General Error" message? From the website?

Must admit I have the same issue . No DLC .I was going to replay the games, I own the disc and I believe every DLC. I just gave up,. The achievements show up on old BSN page. Shows I own them as well. But they will not download into a game.

The Error came after i  hit the "PC" Button on the BSN DLC Store Site and in Origin Client when i try the "Buy now"  button.

""General Error, An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later."

It appears when i try to buy a DLC and also when i try to get a free DLC like "Rebellion"

It's back to normal now, thank you!

FWIW since another person mentioned it, I also got the same "general error" when trying to download most of the DLC for The ME games through Origin (before my entitlements list came back up). EA support told me to close all other processes running on my computer including their support chat window and to disable my antivirus and that would fix the issue, which it didn't.

That's not great advice (aside from perhaps pause the AV)

My DA2, ME2 and ME3 DLC show on the entitlements page now but not the DAO DLC. I don't know if that's because EASupport gave me a new key and I need to register the new one? The only option that I see is remove registration.

I could download and install my ME2 DLC from the entitlements page now and they seem to work, but not from Origin.

And I still can't buy the ME2 DLC I don't own either from Origin or the old BSN site.

to completion: The attempt to buy a Pack in M3 Multiplayer thraugh Bioware Points generated a Error Message to.

(Ed.: The only Thing i can buy via Bioware Points is the Spectre Pack in ME3 Multiplayer, what in fact, is not a thing i whant to spent the Bioware Points for. )  I tested this 5 min ago ... its only this thing what is in moment possible to earn (Order#: 1001154730032).

A curiosity:

The "registered game content" side and origin client DLC list for my account are not syncron .. the free DLC: Cerberus Weapon and Armor (Cerberus Network), ist listet in "registered game contend". In Origin, its not activated for my account and genereted the "Generel Error" when i try to download it. I have install it from the BSN side and it work ig without problems.

I registered my copy of DA:O Ultimate Edition for the PS3 but the keep still won't upload anything other than the DA:O things; none of the DLC's. Is this normal?

Also, how do I access the read-only BSN? It says to use the link on the bottom right but I can't see anything there :/

Thanks in advance!
