A riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma. With a very nice bow on top.
(ETA that now I'm imagining a set of Witch of the Wild nesting dolls... a DA2!Flemeth that opens up to a smaller DAO!Flemeth with a smaller Yavana that spawns a wee Morrigan that drops a teeny tiny OGB doll. And they are all like Transformers, and can be twisted , err, shapeshifted into dragons and squirrels and birds and cats and dogs... good fun, my brain.)

A wooden carving in the shape of a trollface.

oh man the nerdgasim is welling up!
She left for the Warden (should he/she NOT enter the mirror) the Ancient elven book that was sought after by the elf that joins you on your quest to track down Morrigan. Something that they (being both the Elven lass and Morrigan) refer to as an item of "great importance."
And that feels so good to get one's geek on'!

It's uncertain at this point if she left the Warden anything significant, or if that piece of dialogue was to explain away 'reward items' you get for finishing the DLC.

No one knows but I think it was the cure for the taint so the Warden doesn't have to die early.

Question for all you Witch Hunt fans.
I've only played this chapter twice, and both times I've played with on an imported Warden where the Dark Ritual took place.
What is the Morrigan conversation like if the Dark Ritual was refused in Origins?

There is no conversation of the child being your own (if you're a male). No big impact on the convo.

So...even if the Dark Ritual was refused, there is still a conversation about a child? ![]()

So...if the Dark Ritual was refused and a Warden died killing the Archdemon...
I'm not sure why that line would even appear. Why would the Warden (Ferelden or Orlesian) have any reason to ask about a child that she or he would feasibly be ignorant of?

I didn't get any mention of a child. Both with an Aeducan who refused and (I'm pretty sure) with the Orlesian Warden. She just made a remark that I didn't give her a child and then it was business as usual.
But there is a possibility of a non god-child if your warden slept with Morrigan before the ritual.
