Just curious, and I don't remember anything from DA2. But a random encounter, you see a man named Jon with his wife Marta, standing over a meteorite. Now, I know this is to be mainly a funny Superman reference, with Johnathan and Martha kent. Plus the star metal for a sweet sword.

 

However, is it possible it'll play on in DAI? Like you can go to a farm, called the Kenter farm. There you'll see a young boy, about 12yo, getting picked on by some kids. Only to do some kind of super power (Mind blast?). Nothing story driven. Just another reference, since there's so many references in DA. The LOTR Eagles, I believe there's a Star Wars etc. Just wondering.

Tbh this is one thing I really want to see addressed. It's like one of the many super subtle but amazing things in Origins that I loved. I doubt it will ever be addressed, but a reference would make my life... I've thought about that meteorite child restlessly for such a long time, lol.

You're all wrong.  The meteorite baby is also the Old God Baby who is also the Inquisitor.

It was just an homage to super man. I doubt they will adress it again. Just like the axe in stump. As far as I know, my warden still isn't the king of Thedas. Neither he is ten feet tall and shooting lightning bolts from his eyes. But one can aways dream.

At time of writing this Thread, the meteorite scene happened, causing me to wonder. I remember seeing this before Warden's Keep DLC, I was always like "WTH am I to do with this Ore." Now that DAI's coming, I had to ask.
