I have been searching for the answer to this everywhere, but cannot find anything. We can customize our strongholds, our weapons, armors, and companions. 

 

Just like Skyhold, the soldiers are an important part of your organizations, I would truly enjoy having a hand in creating most of details.

 

I don't want to see ridiculous armor made out of dragon scale or anything, but heavy armor that is intimidating and radiates the power of the inquisition. Start off humble and upgrade to heavy armor.

 

Essentially if I'm founding the new Inquisition, I want to pick the uniform. Materials, shape, armor to cloth ratio, and most important, you cannot have an effective army without proper color coordination. Im thinking black tabard, white details, and red sash/cloak/plume.

Anders Inquisitor: Ok all pretty lady soldiers must wear only gauntlets and weapons, maybe helmets but i don't think they are REALLY nescessary... Men, wear your robes, believe me, you will like the fast momentum you can gain with that

 

For the sake of good old Anders i hope we can have at least barefeet option...

well i think i've seen 3 different kind of inquisition soldiers

 

these guys being the ones i just noticed in the latest demo with cameron and Mike when they were at their camp in the Emerald Graves

 

 

 

And you've seen the other kind, they are always the soldiers seen in any trailer. so maybe we can upgrade their armor or something.

It will probably be something similar to Awakening where we found resources to outfit our soldiers weapons and armor. It will most likely be a feature tied to spending our power on the war table, as they have stated that some upgrades will have prerequisites other than power, such as locating mineral deposits ect.
