Hey!

I responded to a post someone wrote by quoting them, including the picture in that post which another person made. And I got a warning for posting an inappropriate picture O.o

I was just wondering if this was a mistake on the moderators part or if I should be more aware in the future not to quote other people's posts if that post includes a picture that may break the forum rules.

Noone knows? I read the forum rules and I cant see to have broken any rules. Again - I quoted a picture that someone else posted and that is what gave me a warning. If quoting someone else's inappropriate picture is considered the same as posting an inappropriate picture then this should be clarified in the Bioware social network rules of conduct.

I wouldnt normally complain about this if it was an isolated incident but I have now 3 warning points where 2 of the warnings are completely unfair and 1 of them is halfway understandable but still borderline.

Imo one shouldnt be scared to death of posting something on the forum because overzealous mods are overly sensitive or read stuff out of context and intended meaning. What makes this worse is when you see lots of people post FAR worse with actual malevolent intent without them being taken action against. All-together this gives a very unprofessional impression of the moderator's conduct.
