I have mixed feelings about that stuff not showing up in the newsfeed, anymore.

 

On the one hand, the comments were sometimes hilarious. On the other, in this environment, it would feel a little creepy and weird seeing all that stuff. I remove most stuff from my notifications, and I think if that was added back in, I might uncheck that box, too.

I never had the guts to do that. I'd just take a screen shot and write a comment on that.

Yeah. Depending on who was commenting, it was creepy at times even then.

There was nothing good about the old BSN, except for the albums and... better gif avvies.

Oh and when some whiners made threads about ME3 being bad, even though it was a masterpiece. Their understanding of art and entertainment was severely lacking.

I didn't give a shiit about views though, I just liked commenting on friends/newbies profiles with gifs and stuff. Commenting on profiles on this layout is lame tbh.

I just enjoyed harassing folks in a friendly joking manner. Even if they might have taken it seriously at one point.

I fondly remember the melodrama when Bioware released the Mass Effect 3 Fem-Shep covers with different hair colours and everyone flipped their sh*t. I don't think I'd ever seen so many stupid comments in my life!

Oh, and the crazies who argued constantly about what a female Qunari would look like. Man.

Cheers, it's good to be back. I'm trying to get myself into the discussions but it's not easy. I miss the days of just liking people's updates and posting pictures of attractive people into my albums.

It was all so utterly pointless and time consuming. I loved it.

It's really not honestly. I was probably here a total of 1-2 months last year. Kept leaving because everything is just so bleh since the change. Probably end up leaving again in a few weeks. But ofc we always come back. :|

The old activity feed was the best ever, literally spending hours just responding to SUs, uploads, blogs, etc. The feed itself was a better alternate off-topic section imo.

Also, I would like your post but I'm out of likes. Another thing I still find stupid with this "makeover".
