Non Disclosure Agreement. Everyone who knows anything about the game prior to release has to sign one, to prevent leaks and spoilers before the game is finalized.

It'll go live sometime today, no need for a code. The Twitter said it won't be RIGHT at mid day. But as soon as they get in, have 3rd cup of coffee, rub their eyes, turn the lights on, stretch, sit down, sip the last coffee drops, then turn on their system and work, it'll be here. 1-3 is just my guess.
As for not syncing your DAO n DA2. It's a small price to pay, as the Keep pay. Because you'll have over 300 choices, and you can pretty much rebuild your choices, minus the glitches. In the Keep stream, there was even a tab that says "Saved the Halla". So that's something, very, very minor, but you still can choose it. I didn't see during the stream, if you can kill the bandits at Lothering, and help the Elf refugee family get back their Lamb. However, the Keep stream looked amazing.
