So will there ever be a ME2 GotY edition for the PC?  The only thing that has ever kept me from buying this is that it doesn't exist.  I just hate the idea of buying the game and then all the DLC separately.

I don't think so, unfortunately. The best you can hope for is a remastered edition for PS4 and Xone. Maybe PC.

Granted an Ultimate Edition then.

 

I thought for sure something was going to come out just before ME3 to get more people into ME so they buy ME3, but nothing for the PC ever showed up.

The window of opportunity is long gone, I'd be very suprised if they ever did it (unless they have a reason for a whole trilogy package one day).

Yes it was... in 2010.

 

PS3 players pretty much got it as GOTY because the only story/character DLC that didn't come with it was Arrival.

Unlikely for now. However if it is released on pc someday, I hope it'll be on Steam and not an Origin exclusive (this will be unlikely, too).

Agreed.  I have ME1 on STEAM now so if this showed up on STEAM it would be an instant buy.
