i am curious how much this title will affect your interactions with the Chantry. Will they grow to embrace it over time, declare you a heretic or whatever else? it is a nice twist, to already have a title at the start.

It'll probably depend entirely on how pro-Chantry you are. Movements that deviate only slightly from orthodoxy are frequently absorbed into established religious bodies in order to reduce schisms (this is especially true for organisations like the Chantry which have universal aspirations. Using the Catholic Church as an example, historically a lot of groups with sometimes quite distinct focuses became integrated as monastic or other mendicant orders in order to promote unity).

Of course once the group begins to deviate massively from orthodoxy, if the institution has the capacity they will attempt to quell it. Labels of heresy are usually part of this strategy. Th existing Chantry has likely labelled the Inquisition as heresy because they lack a military force and are hoping to sow distrust among the laity, since this is the only effective form of countering a potential rival open to them at this stage (and, lest we forget, marketing is an incredibly powerful social force).

I hope theres a chance we can like join up with the Chantry, for pious characters. Like the way the old Inquisition did with the Templars and stuff.

I would assume that'd be a option. You're a threat to Chantry power. If you express a desire to not be at odds with them it'd be kinda ludicrous for them to reject you. It's possible it will depend on a variety of in-game factors though, such as how pious your character has actually been shown to be in their various choices. Race might play a factor, but also might be irrelevant (a Dalish, Dwarven or Qunari Inquisitor siding with the orthodox Chantry can be spun as illustrative of the truth of Chantry teaching and the Maker's will that it be sung from all corners of Thedas).
