I would like to make Dungeon Masters unable to use "Kill" power and turn off others tools. Maybe configure their tools sometimes.

Don't give anyone the DM Password, give them a DM Belt with limited power, e.g. give them player tools with the powers you want to allow them to have, script the player tools to have all of the restrictions you want within the coding....

Player/DM tools are instant, appear in radial menu, cannot be put on item, and triggers specific spellscript not OnActivate event.

Yes, you have to give them Player Tools, because they aren't on as a DM.... DM Tools only work for DMs.... Player Tools are very nice for PC/DM Tools... (That's what I'm using them for anyway) Obviously you will need to note on the item's description what the player tools do!
There is available a PlayerTools DM pack on the vault? I have not much time to create one by one

nwnx_dmevents will allow you to bypass certain activities
Eg: When kill is invoked - evaluate if the player should have access to kill, bypass if they dont

How to give a player Take Control tool? Is possible via nwscript make a player take control of a creature?
