Idk why but every female in my family has been offered a modeling contract at one point in their life, so maybe that
I would be an inch or two shorter since my sister is 6' (if that's anything to go off of)
(If I kept the same personality) I would try to be more open and fun loving toward my fellow man
(I think the better question would be knowing what you know now would take the chance to start over as the other gender...)

Those things are good in a pinch but I don't always bring a purse and even so it just feels "wrong". But they are great at things like concerts and festivals when the queue to the ladies is a mile long and there in no queue in the gents.
