Hi ,

I received a mail five days ago ( on 12th october ) a mail that welcomes me to closed beta of Dragon Age Keep, the problem is that if I go to dragonagekeep.com and I log in with mine origin account (same email address of received mail) the site tells me "beta signup is now closed" .

 

I wrote a tweet about that 3 days ago but in a tweet I'm unable to describe the problem. I tried the instructions provided into FAQ section but without success.

 

Please tell me if you need further information.

its probably going to be open to the public on saturday or a few days after, so don't worry about not getting into the beta.

Try clearing your cache, or going Incognito, or changing browser. You need to sign the NDA (at the site) and then after a couple days you'll get access.

Did you enter your key on your Origin account?

I don't know how, but I tried again some minutes ago and it seemed to work, I was able to accept the NDA . In previous tries I already tried to clean the browser as described in FAQs but it didn't work. The only difference is that I logged in via origin website using my PSN id in previous tries and this time I logged in with mail and password directly from keep page. Maybe it's the last thing that solved .

you needed to log in with the origin account associated with the email address.
