i base these on the fact that Thedas seems to have modern ideas when it comes to ages rather than medieval where a 14 yr old would be an adult, that many are basing things on.
Cullen - Based on alistar being born in 9:10 and being a templar in training in 9:30 we can assume one cannot be a full fledged templar before the age of twenty leaving cullen at the very least 32 (i'd say more 36-38)
Leliana - she's 26 in origins according to the toolset so 37-38
Josephine - don't know enough about her hazarding a guess that even given her knowledge shes still youngish 24-26
Cassandra - late 30's early 40's (based on the Idea that she was 18-20 as a "young seeker")
Varric - born in 9:02 so he would be at least 40
Solas - he's bold and an elf who knows, his views seem to convey wisdom and weariness i'd say mid 40's or older.
Blackwall - again complete guess early 40's to mid 40's
Vivienne - having not read masked empire i can only go on her looks and position, enchanter of the imperial court doesn't sound like a job of the young. I'd hazard late 30's to early 40's
Dorian - early 30's i'm thinking the traditional dynamic of the student surpassing the teacher in skill and wisdom is going on with him an alexius (with alexius at least 55) rather than the upstart who's just more powerful.
Iron Bull - getting a background on iron bull in his ben hassrath role being "burned out" in 9:40 his scar's the size of his horns and that Qunari live longer than most, combined with his wavering of Qunari rules i'd say he's the oldest of all 50+
Sera - all the hallmarks of youth arrogant, stubborn, selfish and all about the here and now early 20's

Well she is a sucker for romance. 
I'm finding it incredibly refreshing that most of everyone is older in the Inquisition and it looks like your PC can be anywhere between 20 and 40. It's probably the first time ever since ME3 where I can play a main character my own age and not stuck at late teens/early 20's. ZOMG! Praise the Bioware.

Cole is the odd one here as he is effectivly a child; despite having an older looking body. Then again he is also a spirit of some sort IIRC.
as a mid 20's player it is definitely nice to see a variety in the ages of the LIs. Personally Cass is a very good looking character even for pushing 40, I'm just not a short hair on a girl kind of guy, that's not to say I'm shallow lol cass' personality seems pretty cool she seems hard to crack but once you do she is just a big softy haha. As for the others they all still look very young even being in there thirties, at least to me.

The age-range for the characters in Inquisition is refreshing.
It's an annoyance when games are constantly having younger and younger characters as you continue to grow older.
I'm not saying every game needs to have "old" characters, because I understand it's a game, you can be whatever you want.
But it's nice to have someone to relate to and not make you feel as though you're a mere child in a virtual world.

I agree, loving the ages. I used to play a lot of JRPGs, from the original Final Fantasy for NES, all the way through FF X. Then I realized as I was getting older, the JRPGS characters weren't. It got really lame as an older adult playing whiny teenagers. Eventually I moved on to American RPGs where characters were adults, but even so, were usually young adults (early 20s) with the oldest character usually being like 30 or so.
It's so refreshing that in Inquisition, I will be playing characters my own age.
As an aside, I love Cassandra so much, that even though I always do my first play through as a female, I'm thinking of doing male this time for the sole purpose of romancing her.
Agreed about the age thing. It's why I loved Mass Effect so much. Shepard was 29 in ME, which came out the year I was....29! It felt good to play a character my age. And then it aged him/her appropriately with ME2. It's also why I like that Hawke ages from early 20's to late 20's over the course of DA2 and that I can play the Inquisitor to be someone closer to my age. The Warden was the one who I had to accept was just younger than me in most cases. I just can't get into JRPGs anymore and it's mostly because I just can't relate to teenage characters. I tried playing Record of Agarest and those main characters were like 16-18 years old and very petulant. Just couldn't do it anymore.
Ahh, good guesses, but you're all wrong....they are all in their mid to late teens.
Sadly, all that they've gone through the last few games and wars and craziness, the stress levels have aged them tremendously. I doubt many will live til they are 30
