Lol yeah the last AO game I knew about was Manhunt 2. I'm sure most developers feel like they can more often than not get their artistic vision across within the confines of the established "stocked in-store" system. I'm still not sure if Hatred deserves that AO rating with games like GTA out and about but whatever.

The really terrible thing is that now the ESRB has established using AO for violent games and guess what happens next... well how about the new DOOM gets nailed with the AO and has to tone down and then the next game and the next game until Pac Man is tagged with a M for digital violence against the ghosts.
