I'd personally be less inclined to call them a neo-nazi specifically unless they're talking about the Fourth Reich.

My issue is less that it contains graphic violence, and more that graphic violence is its entire purpose. It's not as if the violence is even backed up by any semblance of a plot or centred around any gameplay mechanic, it's just...

So that's not a strike against it and to quote John Carmack "story in a game is like story in a porn movie, it's expected to be there but it's not important.".

But this isn't just "bad execution" terrible, this is "there is no plot whatsoever at all" terrible. Even early NES gams had a plot.
Look like a game made with the sole intention of creating a shitstorm or by people with huge balls.
