My goodness, I'd never fit into my jeans again if I worked at Bioware. X)

I'd fail to keep a family if I worked at BioWare.

 

But seriously. Sometimes the hardest part of doing your job is the lack of gratitude. You get paid, sure, but you wish there was something else, some feedback that your hard work is being noticed. You wish that sometimes someone would just thank you. And when it happens, your productivity suddenly goes up I've been through all that, and I'm sure it's the same for BioWare employees. And when they get sweets and thanks from the fans, it's very important, and for some very stressed people it may be crucial to keep the job. So don't underestimate the power of kind words.
