Yup. It was on sale on amazon and I'm curious about this unknown DLC. I never usually buy them but I do like them. I hate having to alt-tab or get up from the couch to look up guides. I'd rather just have it all sitting in front of me. :?

Nah, I prefer to figure everything out on my own. It's more enjoyable for me.

I only bought one gameguide. It was for Injustice: Gods Among Us... and that was because a friend of mine was in the US when the game was released. At least for this game it wasn't worth the price. So I'd answer no.

Most likely my local game stop always over stocks on the hard copies from most bioware games if they have them

Preordered it - the game looks like there will be a ton of stuff going on, so want a quick reference. Perfer a hard copy to digital when I thonkni will need to reference frequently.

The dragon age wiki is normally better then gamefaq walkthroughs after a week or so. We;; for dragon age games

I just usually ask questions on the main message boards for the game in question

I already pre-ordered the Collector's Edition. It will look lovely sitting on the shelf with my Collector's Editions from the previous two games.

Definitely. Preordered Inquisitor edition. The artwork, feel of the hard binding, detailed and comprehensive listing of all the secrets while playing, in one solid easily indexed source is a must have

No.

I used to buy those back in the day every now and then, but not anymore.

The first playthrough I won't use any strategy guides I think. In the second one I'll probably look up to see what kind of other choices could be made on DA wiki.

I've ordered the guide, as I did for DAO and DA2.  I like having a copy for any extra lore as well as the artwork they use on the pages, not all of which is available online. I also like using them for subsequent play-through games (after the first unspoiled one) to make sure I can find any side quests or special items I miss the first time.  The DA2 one was helpful for figuring out where I missed the crafting supplies for that achievement -- looking at a marked map is a lot easier than reading a wiki location description, at least for me.

I try to avoid using a guide on my first character, but I've made exceptions.  As an example: in DAO, I kept getting lost in the Fade and finally looked at the guide for help because I was frustrated.

I'll most probably be picking up a copy, yeah. Not going to read it on my first playthrough, but it's always handy for more information.

Yep ordered my Inquisitor Edition of the guide back on July 27... now I have to decide if I want to cancel my order for the standard Art of Dragon Age Inquisition (to Order the collectors edition from bioware store) or not.
Also hoping Bioware do a Limited Edition World of Thedas 2... would be a shame for my Vol1 not to have a Vol2 next to it in that oh so nice black leather

Probably.

I mainly buy them to save me alt-tabbing all the time :)

I never buy these. I don't see the point.

I preordered that as well. It's easier (in my opinion) to reference a book rather than pausing the game, exiting/minimizing fullscreen, looking online for one tiny piece of information, or to try and research a puzzle, etc. Plus, you can return books after they've been "opened" if they're really bad. So for me it's very low risk.
