Long, long ago, I had a profile on the BSN. I hadn't used it in a long time when I learned of the new BioWare Forum. I created this profile, which has the same name as my BSN profile, but I can't figure out how to link them together. I know it's possible, I've seen that some of my friends from BSN were able to do it, but I'm afraid I screwed something up somewhere. Can anyone help out with that?

When we were moved to TBF, everyone's profile moved over under the original names. We didn't have to link to new profiles, we just signed in under the existing ones.

 

Do you have access to your origin account (if you ever used one?)

 

If you only ever registered on BSN, I'm not sure that there's a way to merge two profiles, but hopefully a staff member could clarify.
