At this point, I would say more hair style options will likely be the first mod to hit the nexus. Its probably one of the easiest types of mods, and something the community knows it will want based on what we know.
Then I imagine a nice 'flash suppressant' mod to tone down some of the flashy effects given off by non-magical characters.
Those would probably be the two I look for first.
Skimpy armour! 
Last resort mode - You and a small village militia have to defend a point for what is effectively until you fall. Earning loots for the inquisition. (choose from your various unlocked inquisition agents.)
Special ops missions - You play as the sgt. of three inquisition soldiers and have to carry small short missions that are heavily combat orientated. The objectives reflect that of the inquisitors personality. I.e. Direct personality leading to a kind of take no prisoners type missions "Bag em and tag em".

I'd like a mod that lets my character swap weapons in combat. And allows the tactics to take control of this like in DAO.
I know it won't happen, but I still hate that they removed this feature.
- Hair mods: Just to see what else there is.
- Less flashy non-mage abilities: Because magic should be left to the mages, not the warriors/rogues.
- Transmog of some sort: I hate getting this awesome looking armor and looking like an actual Inquisitor... Only to find a new piece that ruins the look.
1. Qunari hair mods.
2. Appearance mods for cass and sera...Cass needs to be softer less angry...sera just needs a decent hair cut (can't remember if sera has freckles or not but if she does then no freckles mod too).... 
4. Weapon mods to make them not so over sized (looking at you two-handers with your hilts half as long as the blade, they look like staffs almost.)

Here's a nice way to express your opinion without coming like a jackass, while still preserving your first amendment rights:
"I don't find the female companions attractive. They don't have to be supermodels, but it would be great to have ones that are more classically beautiful."
You call BioWare's characters "jokes", insulting the entire DA art and design team (as if they especially care to make every woman in the game a supermodel to appeal to everyone) while also mocking any straight men who might find them appealing and any woman who may look similar to them. Then get offended when someone calls you out?
