Same here, I want face paint that makes me look like Braveheart and helmets ****** me off.
Why? I want the helmets to be invisible and the face paint to stay.
I know you like the face paint, but I loathe it. I was being a bit cheeky.

Yes she did... as for the followers... actually they've never shown Dorian, Iron Bull, or Sera wearing any kind of helmet to my knowledge, so I can't say whether or not a toggle was enabled.
Yep. In youtubers' vids I noticed inquisitor and Varric were once running in helmets, while Cass and Solas were not. Now I'm confused.

You saw Varric in a helmet? o.O
I think that they just haven't been equipping certain characters with helmets in the majority of the demos and videos... especially the official ones. I saw Cassandra wearing an Inquisitor helmet in an inventory screenshot once, but never in a demo... I guess it has something to do with marketing maybe... certain characters have unique hats that seem to be a part of their design (Cole and Vivienne) whereas others will be using more generic helmets, so their faces are usually shown instead (everybody except Blackwall).

Yes, Varric had a visible helmet on him.
Oh, found it.

It seems the Qunari breed will remain important in the game, as it was in DAII. I must to find out how Sten turned one, since he was a "human-Qunari" in DAO.. If not I won't understand nothing lol.
I hope that Qunari have facial hair, and not just any, but an epic chin beard for my dream Inquisitor concept to be complete. I require a Male Qunari (well, Tal'Vashoth) Mage. Bringer of Destruction, let another Mage in the party be a healer (with Cassandra and Varric being the other mainstays). And it just wouldn't sit right in my mind if he didn't have an epic beard to go along with it.
To illustrate my point, basically add horns to this fine fellow:
Not sure I could get by on just stubble.
In an unrelated note I'm still bitter at the lack of a female qunari comapnion in any form, especially as a romance option. In fact as far as I know, the only way to play a female Qunari is to make one yourself as the Inquisitor, but I have my heart set on playing a Male Mage.
I'd really like it if qunari beards were on par with those of dwarves, but the distinct lack of beards in CC demos has me a bit worried...

I just noticed this... o.O It looks like Varric is wearing a beanie... how odd. Well, if that's the style he prefers, then I guess I can't complain... Well, maybe I'll complain just a little bit that there is no independent toggle that I can use to get rid of it without removing everyone else's helmet as well... xD

Wow. Varric has no taste.

With that hat and outfit he looked like he was a member of a 90's grunge band...
