Just had my worst damp game ever.

Storm dragon perilous as an elementalist, slog it out with an AW, zither and a reaver who died fast. I as usual used the dragon call. Had the old game slow down and the last wave was worse than hideous and never ending. I should have quit then but i stuck it out only to go for the dragon level and getting Fing Narnia. i manage to get up the hill to the game area and can only see the dragon and my team mates. I should have quit then. I stick it out and play on keeping alive working on the dragon and barrriering when I can.

The dragon is 3/4 dead and i get bumped off a cliff back to the start area but now there is no way back up, no way to join the fight or die or anything. I finally quit the damn game after at least a half hour and problably more of boring garbage, slow down crap mode and then Narnia.

I better find another game to work on, will have to get the witcher i guess. Some of these bugs such as narnia are totally inexcuseable when they have the lame policy of no exp if you leave early. Just plain and utter bull ****.

I had three games out of 15 last night CTD me.

Right after I used my dragon call. :(

I'm pretty new around here, since I've gotten the game around a week ago, so I was wondering...is it my bad luck or a lot of people tend to run through the map without bothering where the rest of the team is?

Playing as a keeper sometimes I just ward myself, yes. But how am I supposed to help if the other three players are in three different places in the map?

Oh, and I can't even turn on my mic, I don't have one.

Just something you have to deal with, there are a lot of players that just blunder ahead.  Skipping doors and pots, trying to e the 1st one to the next spawn.  It is becoming more prevalent not less prevalent at all skill levels.

Golden rule is you get barrier if you happen to be standing next to me when i cast it. I will not chase you around the map putting myself at risk trying to keep stupid people alive.

That's exactly what I'm doing.

I was wondering...should I play all the classes and promote them or I can stick with the keeper?

BTW, with my last pug i managed to defeat the ice dragon at Perilous for the first time, it makes up for yesterday's awful matchmaking.

Whatever floats your boat, I say.

If you do want promotions, you really only need to promote 3 characters for the sake of "balance," one for Cunning, One for Constitution, and one for Willpower (The Keeper will increase willpower.)

If I see a teammate take a hit, I'll try to toss a barrier on him.  Keeping barrier on warriors helps everyone.  Being too selfish with the barrier doesn't help the team...also you get assist xp for doing this, so it's great all around.  Obviously keep yourself alive, but if enemies are focused on not you, help your team out.

Nothing wrong with putting barrier on yourself IMO, I see it as "put the oxygen mask on yourself first" as the flight instructions say ;). Everyone is responsible for keeping themselves alive as much as possible, first and foremost. Then again, it sometimes helps the team more to put it on the melee; it depends a lot on the group and situation.

I usually will Fade step up to whoever I want to barrier  and get the two of us, or triangulate to hit multiple people. I think people realize that you can't keep them barriered if they are all off by themselves. If they don't realize it at first they do eventually.

Now I'm retired from DAMP for the time being due to it being DAMP and my creative block (and lack of high end drugs) until the month following the next DLC, I am now relying on you BSNers for entertainment.

Last time I was in London street vendors in Picadilly circus were selling high-end psychedelics openly?

No,maybe it was another area near there. It was a street farmers market of sorts. +1 for the guy selling philosophers stones. It made the d*ck art special gallery at the Tate Museum almost bearable. I'll tell you though, Penis Jesus was pretty powerful.

Had a couple good games with teltow until my computer decided to spaz out right near the end of a dragon fight. Ended up hard resetting after several minutes, so I hope the game ended properly for everyone else.

Literally just ran into teltow, three of us for most of the castle. Ele, Zither and AW, joined by an archer at the end of zone 3. Nice and easy. No lag. Good teamwork. Dragon summoned. Zone 5 Narnia, I watch from a hole in the floor as everyone inexplicably dies, probably due to invisible enemies. I'm reaching that point where I don't really care that I'm too busy to play this game much. Frack dis sheet.

Also, it seems that most of my CTDs and Narnias happen on perilous. I can't wait to see how brutally the new difficulty disconnects you.

Sounds about right. I have more free time than usual at the moment though, so I end up playing even when I know I have stuff to do. It normally begins with trying to find matches vs. inferno dragons but I always land in an empty lobby. Guess no one likes to fight them.

Just finished playing a whole bunch of games with KyokoAgrees, a guy on the PS4 leaderboards (I run into him a lot for some reason). Despite the unpredictability of our teammates due to PuG and the fact that he only ever seems to play with sub 15 characters, most of the matches went smoothly. The most awesome one was when we ended up on FC vs Inferno (it was on random). He switches characters every game for some reason, and for this game he was a lvl 6 alchemist. I'm playing a lvl 17 necro (courtnehh's build) and the others are a level 15 duelist (who might be on the leaderboards, he had the perilous banner) and a mediocre elementalist.

I thought we'd never make it to the dragon, but somehow we did. I had already used up all my lives (and more cuz spirit mark) earlier, and so had the elementalist. The elementalist went down at about 75% health, so it was the three of us. I died and rezzed myself with spirit mark a couple of times, but my luck finally ran out at about 15% health. I'm thinking, damn, now we're screwed, but the level 6 alchemist and a duelist took down the dragon by themselves, though it was a really close thing with the alchemist downed and the dragon about to armor up. Didn't get anything good, but it was freaking cool.

I had a great time tonight. All speed clears, no missed doors or gong dancing. I realized two parts of my PUG were leaderboarders. They were polite, talkative, and funny. I even got to friend one of them.

Then I checked my friends' list leaderboard, and realized two of the people I play with semi-regularly are in the top 40.

It's making me feel a lot better about myself than I should

400 prestige isn't as lame as I thought.

The leader is a level 20 katari and I am level 18 ele with a level 20 arcane warrior. Knowing that I am using staff of dragon and most of my ability is fire damage, he choose the inferno dragon in ferelden castle in perilous difficulty. We are immediately joined by a level 1 keeper with zero dps. katari has died twice before reaching the zone 3. Here is the craziest part: he called the dragon. Unsurprisingly, he got instant kill by dragon's landing and rest of the team can't even go through its armor. Sometimes I honestly don't understand some people in Pug.

How I play my Ele and Keeper: CC with barrier. You will only get barrier if you are next to me. I am a lenient with Keeper, but on my Ele I am heartless and I end up finishing if everyone else dies. Not my job to chase people around, I will work through at my pace once everyone dies

Yeah fun games. Got the stuff (lesser bow of the dragon) and gold, but no xp for the last one.

It really was nice and easy, felt like threatening until the dragon fight. The other two guys were dead while I was about to prepare both trebuchets and I died with almost full barrier in a second without any apparent reason. It was strange, I blame lag..

Other than that, very nice games with both of you.
