Felt like playing. Soloed a game until part way through zone 4 before someone joined. An enemy then got stuck under the floor. Aaaand close game.

I don't even have the drive to be disappointed in it anymore.

Awful lot of squishy players in perilous matches lately.  Would be nice if they would at least attempt to play smart instead of running up to a group and start auto attacking...

I've forgotten how difficult this game was in the beginning....

That's happening way too much for my liking now after not seeing it for months.

And always on that bloody castle zone 4 or 5

Haven't really played for a few months, but iirc, it only really became a problem for me after the final update. And yep, FC zone 4.

But then, unbreakable pots are still a thing, and should be a symbol of biower's stance on bugs. Which reminds me of the signature I wanted.

Had some good pugs this weekend, and one awkward but left before it ever got started. Join a lobby with 3 players, one with a routine portrait and two skulls next to his name. Not knowing if he had earned them, I decided not to kick him. That apparently earned me two skulls, at this point I decided to leave. It reminded me of dinner with a couple that is breaking up.

My last 2 pugs 1 hour ago:

After not finding any perilous/nightmare lobby, I decided take my LVL 1 SS with 2 Hakkons to the only lobby I've founded, a threateaning one. I killed some venatori without loosing any health and suddenly got kicked.

After that, finally found a perilous one with just one player. Choosed a LVL 19 Templar just to promote before sleep. Other 2 players joined and were going fade all the time.
At zone 5, everybody went to fade and it took ages to kill the Venatori commander troll.

This is weird.  I have never got kicked or skulled as a level 1 in threatening.   Maybe you were killing things too fast and ruined their fun. :P  When I play my level 1 in threatening I try not to kill too many things if the group is handling it.  I just came along for the ride and open the doors and help kill the bosses.

BTW, I thought you don't get the extra 100% crit damage from the 2nd Hakkon mercy?   You only get the extra stamina restore right?

I would assume they were kicking you to add a friend, who maybe got lost.  Yeah, kicking someone from threatening, or even perilous, at level 1 is a bit silly.  I don't think I have ever done it.. although when they finally go out to the fade, I am glad I don't have to rez them over and over.. :: chuckle ::

You are a better man than I am.  I have known to rush head into a bunch of bolters in Zone 4 with my level 19.5 Templar. ;)  Bolters are hard and wipe happens right?

LOL don't kick lv1s on NM because more often than not they are promotion lords.

That is true.. I still remember watching a level 1 virtuoso carry me through either perilous or nightmare after I was in the fade.  The fade allowed me to clearly watch him and realize he had 2400 hit points as a level 1 virtuoso.. was crazy to watch..

Plenty of people got carried through HB by now...

Or scrubs did it with the aid of a saarebot and the price of a large amount of time.

Interesting weekend, one match a guy thanked me over the mic for helping out in a run.  Another guy kept spamming "over here" at a door while we tried to kill a glitch mob in a tower.  Needless to say I stopped opening doors after that point

Last night was fun.  I was watching Oscar and playing.   Started out with some easy threatening runs on the lv 1 and lv 6's.   That way I could concentrate on watching the red carpets... than it went on to the lesser awards so I started perilous but then I have to keep turning my head to watch the TV on the more interesting parts.. I apologize to the PUGs I was in. :P

In defense, sometimes there are reasons.  I have flat out forgotten or missed that someone was down.  And sometimes a build / equipment is so much of a glass canon it is more of a hurt for the team to help than not ( I particularly mean AW with pact belt ).

I always try to res, but quite often that attempt at res is what ends a dicey match finally.

All that said, I was a in a perilous pug just a couple days ago and I was convinced the other members hated one another.  They just ignored one guy on the ground crawling around and had zero sense of teamwork.

Sometimes it don't pay to rez. Like the guy that lays in dragon fire and spam "over here" while STAYING IN IT.  Or better yet, lay out in the open where all the ranged mobs can nail whoever is dumb enough to go to you.

There was 1 PUG where this Katari died in the middle of a fire.  I ran next to the fire.. jumping up and down signaling him to get out of the fire.   He does nothing and went to the fade and then on the mic telling his friend that "This guy just stand there and watch me die...." :P  I think there is a special place for me in heaven too. :D
