Anyways, ended up doing Nightmares lastnight.  First game, host never moved out of the starting block after we loaded, so I bailed.  Next few games, went pretty smooth except for this level 20 Avaar with his hakkon dying ever few minutes.  Revived him a few times but after awhile it got to be too much.  Guy would literally go charge to the other end of the zone and die.  So I would finish the match, and restart a new game/lobby.  He comes join again, this gets repeated 3 or 4 times.  So I end up in kid's lobby, so we end up clearing the zones quickly as avaars.  Pots collected, rooms cleared, nice and quick.  The level 20 joins again, well he dies over by the door to the next zone and both kid and I are killing mobs by the treasure room area.  Zone cleared finally, see kid standing still so I know what he is going to say and just go ahead and redskull the guy.  Sure enough that is the message he sends over.  Later on I get a nice F U message from the kicked guy, course he spelled it out completely.  I replied "LOL" and reported/block.

 

So 4 promotes and a report, not bad.

I've gotten to where I really like the fellow night owls like myself. Lots of familiar names that are fun to join. The day crew seems to be a whole other experience. That's when I get 99% of my red skulls.

So this story really isn't about a PUG, but I didn't know where else to put it. Comes in 2 parts:
Pt. 1: PUG I'm on my LVL 17 Reaver and solo the whole peri match on FC. Get the Qunari. Kill the commander and begin to finish but not near steps when My gf im's me, "can I come in?" Another lb guy joins. Takes me 4ever to text her. By the time I get back, I'm dead. Hello fade bar. Lol.
Pt. 2: Later that afternoon, Private game but my lb buddy is still with us. He's on HIS LVL 17 reaver. My 2 gf's still need 4 more Heartbreakers so the plan is to get characters ready. The three of us take LVL 1's into nm. Everyone dies, but my LVL 1 reaver solo's rest of match.
Conclusion: this game don't give no respect, lol. And the drinks at the fade bar are free.

While we're on topic, and I know we have probably discussed this already (but after a forum search I still can't find a CLEAR answer),

1. Do you need a second Hakkon dagger to get the crescent? I only see one listed in Smurf's profile page. Also, can you only get the 2nd Hakkon dagger after you have all other Hakkons or could I get the second dagger before I get the greatsword?
2. Do you need the master stamina amulet to get the crescent?

off topic?    You could post a new thread   as far as I know everything is RNG, i've read that there is a progression order to high end drops and Crescent is the last possible item after Hakkons and that the 2nd dagger is 2nds last item (?).    I've spent 50k gold today (150k since PI drop curse) and not received 1 upgrade (need better shield, any Hakkon, anything above lvl 24 bow, etc).  Even after a NM dragon kill the chest didn't seem to hold anything and i never get drops off dragons.  RNG I can only assume is on it's hate cycle.  I own no Hakkon items, but did get Bosun's blade very early on (200 prestige or so) in a chest, and got PI from chest after running with Silver Smurf.

1. No and ... 2nd Hakkon dagger after all other Hakkons... For me, it was

Smurf said he got his Master Stamina after he got the CS.

 

I now have everything except 2nd hakkon dagger (I kept forgetting there is a 2nd dagger), cs, and master stamina amulet.  I will let you know if I get the dagger next or the CS next.... probably sometime next year at this rate. ;p  BTW, it is almost 1 year since I got my first hakkon dagger...

What I have found amusing is when people I know now come on mic and admit they have been drinking or are high and how differently they play. Some are actually better and some are way worse... lol
