Well, that was interesting... Join a game, spawn right in front of area 4 door, open it, everyone is teleported to me, then I lose connection or got kicked, not quite sure if it tells you if you get kicked mid game, after that I join another game and while loading my game just close, someone doesn't want me to play.

I was hosting it on my elementalist, and I wasn't even using firestorm. The key still glitched out.

So playing with elemantalist in perilous. 1st game was with 1 legionair and 2 lvl 20 elemantalists where I had to take care of most work (>10k exp) and in new game legionair disconnects and a lvl 9 katari joins. The katari dies almost right away each time but the other players aren't kicking him. So I just wait for them to die (which they do) and clear the 4th room but don't open the door till they would vote. Ended up waiting 10 minutes. finaly the elemantalists left and new players joined who got the picture and then cleared the 5th room with the new players.

They've been pretty good today. And I finally got a level 20 Dagger (even though it's only common.)

I won't lie. I run from those things unless I'm using a templar or lego. They're a nightmare.

Them druffalos are cheating as they don't run in a straight line when charging and the charge goes through obstacles and has AOE or so it seems. I've seen druffalo wiping the whole party scattered around the room in one charge. It turned 90 degrees and then again 90 degrees and then hit the last player through some peculiar arc through a wall. Also, cannnot be interrupted once it has started as nothing can stun the charging druffalo and also animation-shmanimation, unstoppable and undodgeable. I'll take two giants and three wyverns over one druffalo. It seems to have significant damage/level buff in multiplayer over single player campaign.

This wasn't my last PUG but a couple of games ago we were attacked by a bear in the 1st room, our necromancer used that ability that makes an enemy stay as a spirit and fight for you after its death. Well, the bear died right in the doorway, so that's where its spirit manifested. Unfortunately all of us were now stuck in the room, since it was blocking the entire doorway with it's big fat spirit bear *ss.
So you have the four of us trying to jump, wiggle and charge our way past this transparent bear, to no avail, so we just have to resort watching it's health tick away. Finally it caught a whiff of two red templars further in and ran over to them, it managed to get in a couple of good hits before disappearing. Good bear!

Almost the exact same thing happened to me on my Necromancer one time. Those Druffalo are no joke!
Played Four games tonight. First one was a Threatening run on my Elementalist, get the key drop bug after clearing a pack of Venatori(Not using Firestorm.).
Switch to the Keeper, Threatening again, Venatori again, get to the last group of mobs in the first zone. The last mob alive, a Spellbinder, flips the group off and does his Fade Step-like move through the wall where we can't get to him.
Had to leave that game as well.
Spent the last two games on Routine, trying out the Arcane Warrior(Finally got around to unlocking him.) Fortunately those games didn't bug.
I'm 50% success on bugfree runs tonight, wish the odds were better ![]()

Played a quick Threatening PuG this morning, it was a pretty good group! Me as assassin, an archer, keeper and a templar... I think I'm beginning to get the hang of assassin, I only died once haha. I don't know, the group just had a good flow when it came to teamwork and not running ahead and aggroing all rooms before, which is always a good thing.
I think my biggest grief with PuGs is when one (or, god forbid, two) group member stays behind outside a treasure room while the rest of the group is under attack. Like, yeah dude, I know it's a treasure room there but I'm busy being under attack by ten templars, come and help me and I promise I'll lock pick the door later. You don't have to stand there and spam the "Over here!" button.

After countless runs on perilious, I go back to a PUG on threatening. I feel like I can solo. Until I try to revive a fallen comrade in the last room and RTC jump attacks me. Game over.
Why do people XP runs? I was in a grp with all classes, but they did not unlock treasure rooms. Aren´t about 50 promotions already enough? Shouldn´t the fun be in teamplay and finding new ways to combo in different situations?
Went into a threatening run with a lvl 1 templar, and they let me be (the guys I was with on perilious would not let me, even though they were doing it, claiming to have >60 promotions to be able to do it). Me and the Keeper were last man standing after half of the waves in room 5 and methodically finished the DC. I never lost my guard.

Probably the best match of the week end. Which wasn't hard to score with all the disconnects, host migrations, sessions not found, infinite loading loops, CTDs, lag and whatnot. I'm happy I found at least one decent match - the group was balanced, inexperienced, hard-trying, but didn't suck at all. It was a close and interesting match.

I like to clear the area properly before opening a door, and I become the "dad" guy, deliberately not unlocking the treasure room until everyone cleaned up properly. It's just after the time I played, I'm getting tired of 90% of my PuGs failing the moment one half of the group decides it's wiser to rush into the treasure room (and of course set off the guardian trap while they're at it) and the other half proceeds ahead and pulls the next group of mobs.

When someone does that while I was finishing off the last enemy, alone of course, I deliberately make my way to the rest of my group in walking speed, visibly turn towards the D-Pad-Down-spammer and go "Nice work.", D-Pad-Right.

yesterday: 4 mages in perilous
2 elementalists (1 great, 1 meh)
1 necromancer
1 keeper (me)
all around level 15
absolutely hilarious. only downside was at least once a match key bug error as expected but the initial host made the room private so we just kept inviting each other back. can't wait for this to be patched on PS4 so elementalists can have free reign. although, it did fall apart a little bit at points if I didn't get my barriers down right as only the good elementalist seemed to be competent without my barrier spam, the other two had questionable awareness and sometimes walked into exposed positions and consequentially got killed.
someone would often move ahead enough to grab the aggro of most of the enemies, run back to the line and then we'd make a wall of constant spells for them to get through. all kinds of combos going off everywhere. Outside of barriers for the team, I would put down static cage and an elementalist would dump firestorm on that. I would also occasionally throw up disruption field on any melee who survived all the aoe in front of us. wasn't sure what the necromancer was exactly using but it seemed were comboing off each other to do "nightmare" and "sleep", which I noticed wasn't happening when they weren't in the room (had left due to being host)
only other time I've had a perilous PuG this easy is when I'm a well levelled arcane warrior and am pretty much solo'ing.
Perilous pugs I've had some good experiences in compared to threatening where all sorts of stupidity reigns and you end up doing most of the work to finish fast. I think in perilous, bad or underlevelled players just give up after a few tries so you generally get people who know what they are doing. Most of the fails I've had in perilous have been more down to a party make up not being great for zone 5 rather than people struggling all the way through (ie 3 rogues being super squishy and having no room to stay at range, or aoe focused room who doesn't have single target dps for the boss and no one to tank it while they deal with mobs)
