We got smoked by Red Templars in Zone 5.
Because hiding in The Room™.
Room is love, room is life. Except when it isn't orlesian chateau. What is it, elven ruins that has that raised area in the middle with lots of LoS hiding spots, I like going out to fight there
Level: Threatening
Decided to level up my Katari (Level 1 - Threatening). Naturally other players cannot see my loadout (Sulevin, superb rings/belt/amulet). I hear one of the guys say "great, a level one Katari... gonna be the worst" (something like that). *Mute a-hole button* Proceed to play cautiously. Even so, end up 2nd place, only a small amount of XP below 1st place Alchemist. 3rd and 4th players (level 12 and 16). I didn't unmute said a-hole, but I hope they learned a lesson there.

Yesterday, leveling up my level 1 Hunter. Wait a couple minutes but no joiners so I figure I'd go for it and get as far as I can. Demons... "I'll be glad if I never see another Demo after this..." anyhow, start fighting them, and working my way back to give myself some space. Problem is, when you open that first door new players join in at that spot, rather at the beginning of the map. Needless to say I was freaking out since I was right at this spot backing up while shooting and see players joining, and getting beat on. Wow, I felt horrible and like a huge noob. Luckily a Templar joined and AoE'd the lot and saved our bacon. Sorry to those players!! Lesson learned.

It was really annoying, and I've got a headache now. It was only a matter of time. Thanks biower.
If you can't see the enemy - the enemy can't see you! Now, get back to the front, maggot!
They managed just fine.

They're just helping you feel at home. Didn't want the shift from ME 3 to be too jarring.
Yesterday one PuG group I played with met Red Templars on Threatening. Me (Katari) an Alchemist, an AW and a Keeper make our way through the Orlesian Chateau; on wave 3/5 or something we kill all the enemies in the last room and can't continue. Key bug? Not really, when we go back a bit we se a last red dot on the map. It is moving back and forth, and seems to be inside of a wall or something. We start punching the wall to no avail.
After a while the Alchemist starts spamming the "Over here!" and "Attack this guy!" button, so I run out to her in the courtyard. Finally realizes where the enemy is: a red templar Behemoth that somehow (?) got himself flung 10 meters up in the air and is lumbering around on a balcony on top of the building. I don't know how that happened (but I blame the magic users
) You have to aim your camera upwards to be able to see him. Me and the Alchemist continues to spam the "Over here!" and "Kill that one!" while our ranged elves continue to attack the wall and run around in circles. And I can't find my mic. Finally the Keeper gets it, she starts shooting the Behemoth, AW joins in and the pesky Behemoth can only stand up there and take it like a man (chrystal monster?). Alchemist and I proceeds to press "Excellent!" and "I think I like this group!" during the entire time they're killing it. I wasn't even sarcastic, I was just so happy they got it and we didn't have to restart.

Being top ranked just means you have way way way more time to play.

Or far less reasons to live than an average person.
On topic: after 14th Katari promotion it was a Routine run, which means it was uneventful, but left me with just 13 more games until I get my banner.
Neato! I have just promoted the Katari for the first time, but it is so far my favorite warrior class. Plus I just got the Slayer greataxe, so of course I wanted to try it out and joined a lobby. Immediatelly got a kick vote, even though I was the only warrior in the group, and then everybody left the lobby. Ehm. Don't people know by now that the Katari is ridiculously OP on routine?
Joined another lobby afterwards, and that Slayer is working wonders on those pesky wraiths.
I have promoted once. My Archer.
I'M STILL BETTER THAN ALL OF YOU RAAAAAAAAAH! ![]()
Non-stop stunlock.
Gawd I hate Geth.
Wait, am I in the right forum?

****ing brilliant. I love it, I love everything about it.After I hit 350 prestige (I should annoyingly have been there by now, thanks life) I plan to remove banners and titles and count my kicks
Played three lol-silver games with a team consisting of 3 reavers and a legionnaire. Fastest and smoothest runs all over while we were at around level 10-15. Reaver is very powerful, I'm not sure what was actually nerfed or whatever. Just run through the map and stuff dies. I don't have a good 2H weapon and I did not notice anybody else in the group wielding something powerful either. IMO, lol-reaver is broken and OP and is an easy mode win button, just need to gear up carefully and use devour and war horn occasionally. Ten seconds of rampage are more than enough to nuke any size spawn with 3 reavers.
I just solo'd my way to Zone 5 with a level 8 archer,* which for me is an accomplishment.
Guess how long it took the Demon Commander to finish me off in Zone 5. Did you guess, yet? It took him less time than that.
*By which I mean: Trepanner and Superb Ring of Life Drain solo'd to zone 5 on my behalf. If we're being honest.
I've finally started to get the hang of the assassin. Yeah, I was one of those embarrassing "Made, then unmade." and "Warmth returns!" assassin players until I finally decided that enough was enough and sat down and did my goddamn homework.
This evening me and an Elementalist joined a threatening lobby. No-one else joined, so we decided to have a go at it - two squishy compadres against an Orlesian Chateau packed with Venatori. I half expected other people to join us, but it worked out really, really well; I'd sneak in behind the enemy lines, he'd cast a barrier on himself and light a fire under the enemy group and draw their aggro, and I'd kill the archers who weren't panicked before they even had time to strip off his barrier. Halfway through the game we were joined by another assassin, and we three glass cannons managed to kill everything that looked at us wrong in the fifth zone. A combination of standing inside a firestorm, barrier and the two assassins killing everything that tried to attack him saved the day, me and the other assassin only died one time each during the entire run.
That glass cannon run was definitely the most fun one I had during the entire evening. 9/10 would recommend.
