On the plus side, I have now solo'd lolRoutine against Venatori, Demons and Red Templars with my Necromancer. Mad Skillz improving.  :P

Tell the truth, it was your Spirit Mark minion that did all the work, wasn't it? It's okay, I won't tell anybody.

Threatening, Red Templars both matches. Sigh, Red Templar boss glitched at the end of both matches and now I can't connect to DAMP servers. :(

Victory!!!

Tigger and I ran into one of those ramboing AWs, and tried to kick him in game. The other PUG didn't comply, or wasn't aware, so we tried to do the same back in the lobby. The 4th PUG still wasn't into it, and we ended up in a bit of a standoff with everyone on two kick votes. Little did they know that Tigger and I were done for the day, and had time to kill in terms of seeing it through. They left eventually. Success.

Not sure if this counts but it got on my nerves...

Create match -> Perilous difficulty -> level 18 elementist

Wait...

Wait...

Wait...No one joins the lobby.

Oh well, *starts game*

Clear zone 1 by myself, see new players have spawned in. Level 2 archer, level 1 arcane warrior, level 4 keeper.

Made it to zone 3 solo as those three hid in a corner as far away from enemies as possible, still managed to die before I did. Obviously just there for the experience -.-

Seems to be a lot of that going around. There's always at least one player under level 5 in perilous games...

That awkward moment when Reviving is glitched and there's no way to tell your only teammate. Sorry, Hunter. I did my best.

Yep, I'm going to jump around your bleeding body. Ha ha ....

Just had that:  sorry Mr Keeper, i wasn't jump-bagging your body...

I really feel sorry for PUGs trying to get their gold medals in public games.  New people are the ones that really need these chests, but bad gear and weapons, along with geared players slumming in Routine, is making it hard work for them.

Yeah, thats one of the reasons why I'm playing a Sentinel Templar (So no WoH/Purge combo), with upgraded Horn and Line in the sand currently. Let the youngin's run off and kill stuff, the Immortal badge is all I need out of that.

Actually, I didn't spec into Spirit Mark on this run. Walking Bomb + Winter's Grasp = Lotta splat.

The Elementalist host spams Firestorm at a pack of Hyenas at the end of zone two and causes the key glitch. After about two minutes he finally leaves and host migration takes place. Restart the zone. After ten seconds the new host quits. Another host migration takes place. Restart for the third time and the new host is another Elementalist. First mob is a Rage Demon and two Hyenas. So, of course, the Elementalist opens with Firestorm. Aaaaaand Exit to Menu.

Well, I did get one game of DAMP( we completed it) but, now I'm back to "You have lost connection to the DAMP servers". I just moved into my new home and cannot maintain a connection to PSN or the DAMP servers. Sigh, how can the P3 community hope to complete the community challenge without me. :)

Had a really clutchy perilous game:  two archers, one good, one not-so-much, a psycho pulling-assassin, and me as Keeper.  I think me and the good archer had to clutch 2 or 3 zones.  The Assassin was out of lives after zone 2 IIRC...

Then i went back to LoLbronze to try out some different katari skills.  I'm really not feeling the love for Grappling Chain or Block n Slash on him, but we'll keep going and see.

Had a pretty crazy one last night.

Was a Threatening run, Tevinter Ruins.  Group was a level 10ish Katari, an Archer and Keeper with levels in their mid-teens and myself as a level 19 Keeper.  Host of the last game left, and so I ended up being the host of this one.

Without any communication, the other Keeper and I were in perfect sync.  He would stay in the rear line with the archer while I would wade into the hoard of enemies with the Katari on the front line, each barriering our respective partners.  It worked out well and I like to be in the thick of things with my Keeper.  Barrier myself and the Katari, Fade Step in, Fade Cloak on a dangerous target and Chain Lightning.  It usually killed the weaker enemies and distracted the stronger ones from the rest of the group.  The Katari doing his thing handled the rest.  If my little combo fails I took the passive where my barrier freezes enemies close to me when it runs out.  Would try to use that on as many Red Templar Archers as possible and then would find a pillar to hide behind like the coward I truly am! :P

Anyways, using this little strat we clear to zone 5 pretty smoothly.  The group camps out in the room while I go and plant the banner and head back.

Now the fun begins.

At first we hold the chokepoint fine, the Katari is whirlwinding like crazy, the other Keeper and Archer are providing good ranged support with Static Cage and arrows.  The rear line gets aggro on the Templar Commander and starts kiting him in the back.  So far so good.

And then I see it, the telltale red electricity thing that the Red Templar Knights do to other mobs.  I'm still not exactly sure what it does, but I always assume it's never good.  Unfortunately, the Knight was out of the room and out of our line of sight, if we were going to take him out, we'd have to venture outside our relatively safe chokepoint.  I decide "Screw it." Barrier myself and the Katari again and Fade Step+Fade Cloak all over the Knight.

I spend the next like 20-30 seconds picking off or harassing the Knights, Horrors and Archers.  I kept a watchful eye on my Barrier cooldown and would move back to the Katari(Or Fade Step if it was off cooldown at the time.) to reapply it to him and myself, then would charge back out into the fray.  The Katari didn't have the greatest damage, but to his credit, he was doing an admirable job holding the chokepoint.  I nod in satisfaction, thinking "Yeah we got this."

And then the other Keeper and Archer suddenly drop.

I immediately fall back to the room, frantically trying to find out what killed them, no mobs had gotten through the chokepoint yet so I guess they may have messed up on dodging his attacks, maybe from lag or something.  In either case, things were starting to take a turn for the worse.

The Templar Commander aggros on me, he points an accusing finger at me as if to say I stole his favorite cookies.  Despite my protests he tries to leap onto my face, so I Fade Step out of the way right towards the downed Archer and Keeper.  I hesitate for a split-second, debating who to revive first.  I quickly get over my indecision and revive the Keeper.  However while I'm doing this, the Katari's barrier wears off and he is overwhelmed at the chokepoint, falling flat on his horned face.

Damn it.

Revive the Keeper, Fade Cloak dodge another leap from the Templar Commander, Barrier myself and start to revive the Katari.  A handful of mobs start to converge on me and I brace myself for inevitable death.  It never comes, my barrier is destroyed by their attacks and they all get frozen over, given me a brief moment of respite.  Never had I been so glad to take that passive, good thing there wasn't an archer among them.

I successfully revive the Katari, the other Keeper revives the Archer and we proceed to try and recover from the mess we were in.  The room was still partially overrun and the Katari ends up entering the Fade in our effort to clear it.  Leaving me with the aggro of a decent crowd of mobs plus an angry Templar Commander, damn were those cookies chocolate chip or what?  He was pissed at me.

With frantic use of my abilities, I am able to kill/harass/distract the boss and mobs while the other two group members whittle them down.  Successful run!  Was a very exciting one for me as you can probably tell by this wall of text ;)

Heh, that was short but sweet.

Searched random routine with my level 1 archer. Get put into a game very, very much in progress: 1 wraith and the demon commander left. 1 guy down, one at very low health. Oh, and absolutely crippling lag. Bunny hop over to the downed guy, revive him after accidentally teabagging him a few times due to the lag thing. Shoot DC in the face multiple times.

Level 4 archer looking for a less laggy lobby.

Time to dive back into the ocean of PuG's and hope for the best. Those Immortality badges don't earn themselves!

I suppose, but if I can play AND not die, then thats like win-win right?

Which is what happened, had a good solid eight matches (six with templar, then promoted, two with lego) and eight immortal badges down the drain :)

Just need another four to be done with the agent challenge.

Had some nice Katari runs on threatening. Even survived wave 5 - it must have been the Nug loaf he tried at camp.

We played together, I was the Keeper, thanks for accepting my FR  :)

But I´m sorry about the second game, zone 5 completely glitched out, I could only see the map foundation and enemies were invisible, so apart from the occansional barrier i was pretty useless there  :pinched:

hah! I had no idea that was you (i.e., a fellow BSNer). It was probably soon after I promoted my Ele. He's got two moves after promoting; chill and immolate. I like immolate. A lot. Good times. Good times.

Speaking of, I just finished three matches with a group, again using my Ele, and spent the whole time fade cloaking and casting barrier...and sometimes immolate. I can't help it. Three matches on Threatening and all three times everyone in the group got an Immortal medal. I was quite pleased. Oh, and I ran around a lot trying to keep the hell away from the bosses.

Joined in with I think was a hunter and necro. My elementalist started late. When my screen came to I was at the door way with the necro reviving the hunter. Wth?! Then I saw the bronto fumbling around the second door. Panicked I ended up throwing fire wall and fire mine. It charges and runs into the fire wall and past the team. By the time we turn around it's disappeared. I figured it was feared from the wall and the burning damage finished off what little life it had left. Then realized we almost got wiped fighting the very first enemy we encountered.
