Moron
We had a templar who decided to run ahead while we were about to open a treasure room, and got downed almost instantly. Someone decided to revive him while I cleaned up, and he decided to warp us to the nextzone while we were in the treasure room.
I've never seen someone get kicked in game so quickly.
Excellent I just got the bow of helpful hazard despite a game freeze
You finally ascended!!!
I did a bunch of threatening runs on PC this morning, and most of the day.
No wipes, but unfortunately each group seemed to have someone that wanted to not play it safe and so got downed, which annoyed me because it doesn't contribute to the weekend challenge.
On a plus note I did get to promote my Templar (again, wee promotion #9, and my Lego (wee, first) and I managed to get Punched by the Maker, and Superb magic necklace from large chests.
So not a total waste, just a shame I don't play Archer/Hunter so both that, and longbow of the griffon is a waste to me.
I had played a few games with some ok pugs and during one span between games one of the guys opens some chests. He gets the walking bomb dagger, some purple shield and then a purple HoK ring back to back to back. I was so disgusted I turned off my PS4 and went to bed. **** you RNG.
It was...odd. Had a team composed of kits that should have cleared RT on Threatening w/o much of a problem (Keeper, Reaver, Ele, Hunter)...and we got ganked pretty quickly. I believe it fell apart when one of the Brutes sat outside the room, just beyond the Ele's firewall, and kept that weird ass ray thing on the RT Captain. I couldn't find the Brute through the flames to take him down, or at least not as quickly as the archers were able to find me.
I was being selective. I had a level 9 Archer, and I held out for something a little higher than people leveling up, figuring I'd hope for a decent chance at finishing off my last Weekend Challenge mission in a PuG (since I had solo'd the first five and was kind of bored with it.)
I found a lobby with a level 12 Arcane Warrior, a level 15 Arcane Warrior, and a Level 11 Elementalist, and figured I was good to go.
We got demons, but I figured we wouldn't have too many problems (I hadn't faced them since the patch, so I didn't really know what to expect.) Everything was fine up until Zone 5. That's when they all jump on the mic and insist that they have to hide in The Room™. I knew right away what was going to happen.
Sure enough, giving the Demon Commander a tightly clustered group of targets allowed him to take them down. We still passed the mission, but I will have to solo my way to the end of the Challenge, after all.
Kept getting kicked because I wanted to play on my level 1 Necro. It's routine, where the hell else am I supposed to go for level 1s now?
Take her to Perilous, that's what all the cool kids does!
Oh, wait, is it "cool" or "parasitizing"? I always forget.
Edit: maybe they might have been looking to finish the weekend challenge and were worried a lvl 1 necromancer would be too squishy?
Just ignore those scrubs, I had a level 1 necro join my earlier round of threatening, went just fine. The player stayed for at least five rounds.

if you die 250 times without getting a single kill, you unlock Wood Difficulty, below Routine. That's where i play now...
I just had such a good couple of matches.
Dropped into a routine lobby with all high level players.
I've just levelled up my Archer to L.5 from another lobby.
Two of the party start kicking
But why leave, if they don't like it, they can leave (and they do).
So we duo the level vs. demons to immortal victories.
(even forgot to map my abilities, just base caltrops and explosive shot, oops)
Ok, not the most amazing record in the world, but after the kicking attempt it was awesome.
So blah blah blah arrow in your face, fussy players
...
Just destroyed Threatening using a lvl 10 Reaver had a lvl 6 Necro freezing and panicing mobs, also had lvl 15 Archer and Templer that spent most of the match in the fade.
First time using the Reaver since the patch and holy crap why have I seen no mention of the buff to Rampage? All I've seen is it doesn't heal using Dragon Rage yet no mention its now 20% damage, speed and healing instead of the 10% it used to be.
Had few very good silver and gold games. Everyone started at first as cheesy kits but then, seeing as it goes smoothly, people started switching to more interesting setups. It went fine either way. Which confirms that there are no bad classes, it all depends on the players.
Dammit...I screwed up an Undying run by getting cute with the RT Commander. I let my Hunter get caught with cloak and Leaping Shot on cooldown during one his "HULK SMASH" leaps.
Dammit.

Same here. Almost got to 34 but ran out of time. ![]()
As for me, I soloed through the Weekend Challenge because my faith in pugs is that low and managed to get the Longbow of the Griffon to drop, along with the Boon of the Spoon. Scrapped the Boon of the Spoon, despite it being the absolute first unique 2-hander I've ever gotten. Why? Because my Sundering maul (which I've had since about a week after launch) out-classes it so badly it's sad. It is kind of annoying how the 1 unique 'weapon' I've gotten for my warriors is the Shield of the Emperor. All my other characters have unique weapons (Pyre of the Forgotten for my mages, Wicked Grace + Agony for my dual-wield rogues, Longbow of the Griffon for my archers) while my warriors are stuck with rares. At least I got a better weapon for my S&S warriors, just need to throw a rune on it along with my new longbow.
As for pugs, the first match I did had no warriors, so I switched to my Legionnaire and managed to carry the lobby through a Threatening match without any of them getting downed. Jumped to another lobby as my Archer that had an Elementalist, a Keeper, and a Necromancer. The Keeper only used Barrier once per zone and the Necromancer got downed in the 4th zone, so no Undying medal for the pugs. Played a couple more matches in a different lobbies before getting bored. Still searching for a damn rune, though...

Imo people need to stop basing everything on level. Fury of the Veil staff w/ superb spirit rune, 10% heal ring, Mortalatsi armor (or however you spell it) on routine? I hit a 18 KS before a team of two archers and legionaire cleared the first treasure room. I was getting hit anywhere from 1hp to 48 at the most.
On another note, I've given up on perilous. All i see are lobbies full of level 1 to 7s. Give them a chance and end up either soloing the first zone or leaving altogether. I also get a little tired of chasing after enemies who aggro on teammates standing still in spawn. Why does that happen?

I've just levelled up my Archer to L.5 from another lobby.
Two of the party start kicking
- Me - 'squishy' L5 Archer and
- Level 14 Reaver, also presumably squishy (Cheviot off BSN as it happens).
But why leave, if they don't like it, they can leave (and they do).

Yeah it really irks me when people try to kick level 1's or anything close to that range, on Routine. Unless the lowbie was intentionally trolling other people in a previous game I didn't know about.

Can't troll them in the previous game if you can't get a game to start ![]()
Finally found a public game. Was going well, until lag killed everyone. No enemies were appearing, no red dots on the radar and people started mysteriously dying.
2 is my effort for the weekends event.
Maybe next weekend.
I cost three randoms a match towards the challenge by dying to the Demon Commander. Nothing I did would drop his aggro, he just relentlessly kept slowing and panicking me until I ran out of potions and died. ![]()
