I joined a threatening lobby with my level 17 alchemist. Party makeup: Keeper, Archer, and our token AW. AW casts POTA, I stealth, walk into the middle and evade out...killing most of the mobs...every time. AW gets mad and tries to get me kicked lol. Left the lobby after with a huge grin on my face

Well happy finally did a solo run with Level 1 keeper against the Red Templars

What is it with Arcane Warriors getting mad if they aren't the top of the scoreboards?  I've seen it before.  Had one tell me in voice chat "Yes! I finally beat you on the scoreboard!" I'm like "Good...job?"

It's not about cooperating with people against a common enemy, it's about

AWs get support xp and damage xp for every kill. Also, if they kill something with spirit blade or fade cloak they get both an ability kill and a staff kill. So, odds are they finish on top of the scoreboard. I ignore scores and count kills when the urge strikes me to give a damn. Most matches, first place won't have the most kills.
Throw barriers on the AW if you want to mess with them.

Perilous with the class I am not very comfortable with yet, Legionnaire. We failed first one or two during round 3 or 4 but 3rd run was the success and we did win. Pleasantly surprising , considering I hadn't played the difficulty yet.

Last game disconnected, the cycle continues Jer.

 

But the game before that the host ignored all treasure rooms and vases, warping me and another player who were fighting a Horror out of the room. I signaled that we were handling it but poof transported anyway. Last zone two party members get downed he/she ignores them both, I have to sprint to the other side of the map to help one of em up. Finished the mission, I never left a lobby as fast.

I always feel so happy when I hear pugs complaining that I top the scoreboard with my Keeper despite only getting a fraction of the kills.  

 

Pity that 90% of pugs have no idea that support (i.e.: drawing aggro, Barriering the team, etc.) is worth more than getting kills, but I suppose they'll just have to learn the hard way.

So, kinda off topic, but for anyone who didn't know and is having connection issues.  EA gives you a set of ports to open on your computer (two sets actually, separate and completely unconnected for your convenience), but if you're using a router there are ports you need to open there as well.  A quick Google search should turn up a few sites with them listed, including portforward which has tutorials for setting them up if you're unsure.

 

Obviously there are no guarantees, but it fixed all my connection issues.  Now I only have to deal with myriad bugs!  Hope this helps someone, and if it does don't forget to troll an AW for me.

Joined a game where it was 3 friends playing. They are about to kick me the second I join when one guy decides he will wait until right before the end of wave 5 to kick me so I waste my time and don't get exp. Uh, I can hear you talking you stupid kids. So needless to say I ran to the end of the wave then quit hoping I agro'd the whole map and made them wipe.

Sorry for the noobsauce question but can I open ports on my router via my PC that will help my XB1 connectivity? If so could you send me a link please, I can't find these ports for the life of me. Thanks bud

 

In theory, yes, although I confess I'm not aware of which ones.

 

This would be a question to put to the devs. I could link you the ports for PS3, PC, or Xbox 360 (they are different in each case) but I'm not aware of BioWare publicizing which ports people could open for Xbox One and PS4. It might be out there, somewhere.

 

If you have patience, you could ask in AnswerHQ. It would likely be some time before you had a response, but they could likely direct you to the right place, if they don't have the answer, themselves.
