I find if I am the guy taking care of trash mobs I forget to pay attention to my team. I'll look up at my mini map and see 3 red skulls then have to decide if I want to try and save them (nicer thing to do but I will probably die while I pick them up) or try to solo the rest and look like a dick.

Had some quick threatening runs this morning with a group who played well but this guy on his reaver was the 'never shut up braggart' type.  "I just can't see how anyone thinks this class is weak, that's all I hear about and look at me own with it".   I can't stand listening to douchebags like that so I played with the tv in silent mode.  Reaver died once each round, the rest of us were immortals.

You can mute individual players. Bring up the player list, scroll to them, and use the appropriate button. (LB on XBOX)

I met a pug yesterday who was also playing an AW and we clutched wave 5 with AW teamwork  We like totally bonded and had a moment.

Hmm... maybe I should adjust the decent-looking 20something that pops into my head when people talk.  It's kind of nice though, so maybe not.

 

 

I've looted enough decent gear while playing different characters that I decided to finally play a few games on assassin for the first time ever.  I am so sorry, pugs who had to suffer through me discovering that I am absolutely terrible at assassin.  No one called me on my horribleness but I still fled in shame at the end.

I can make assassin look like god mode....until i go to perilous, lol.  Fire is not my friend.   If there were a banner for being burned to death 250 times, I'd fly that

Highlight of the day:

 

Level 10 AW drops vs RTC wave 5 on Threatening right off the bat. Like, literally. I planted the banner, AW ran over to some corner and proceeded to die in about 15 seconds. No idea what happened but I said forget it. I solo'd waves 1-3 and wave 5 all by lonesome with a level 4 archer xD. He came into my solo but public game around the end of wave 3.

I'd like to have an awwesome story to relate here, but after half an hour of "lost connection to sesson" with the closest I got to a lobby being hearing some mouth breathing (why is this always the only time I hear anyone havng a mic on?), I finally got into a game. Which was so laggy I quit as I was trying to jump to a door in the very first room. Then I tried for another 5 minutes to get a game, lost some more sessions and closed the game to hover the mouse over the unnstall button for a while.

joined a lobby with 2 Hilarious Scottish pugs, with thick Glaswegian accents and slightly drunk by the sounds of it 

 

Pug 1: "I cant hit anything with Flank attack"

Pug 2: "Ay ye've the accuracy of a drunken Pen*s"

 

They made me lol for most of the game - they also panicked when they saw a Bronto (clearly they have not faced a Druffalo yet)

I had a game on the weekend in which one shadow killed our whole team.  Killed me and a player standing right next to me in one shot.  Player 3 comes to try and rez, killed.  Player 4 who was out in front cleaning up comes back to investigate, killed.

 

It was one of these bizarre games because the team was pretty good and we were breezing though the levels then within 10 seconds we were all dead.

 

 

The lack of a killfeed in this game makes stuff like Red Templar Shadow murder sprees more likely.

 

In other games you would see something like [JRandall0308] was killed by [Red Templar Shadow] and you'd know to be careful.

My last perilous game before level 20, sudden, jittery gameplay in zone 5, followed by screen increasingly problematic freezes until I was forced to alt+f4. Only DA:I does this to me, thankfully not very often. Managed to find another good team afterwards, at least.

Had some hilarious games this morning with me on Elementalist and the other two on Assassins. Round and round the font room we go, when we stop... nobody knows.   Thank the Maker we didn't roll Demons.

Only had the messenger get roflpwned by a Shadow once, tbh.  On the upside, I didn't have to deal with his condescending ****** attitude for the rest of the zone, so that's a plus.

Had a game last night where the team was gelling pretty well, Red Temps/Threatening, all was going fine till one gets downed by a shadow, then another, I investigate, get stabbed, last person tries to revive me and well you can see where this is going. Wiped out in seconds, that was a first, I really hate that faction.

 

Apart from that unfortunate hiccup the rest of my games were pretty smooth, also wanted to see if I could solo lol bronze,

And here I was just coming to say that my last 'PuG' ended up being a solo of lolRoutine as a Level 1 Legionnaire, when no-one joined my match.

 

I do not know why that happens. Sometimes I start a match and it fills up in seconds; other times people trickle in during Zone 1; and sometimes (like earlier this morning) no-one joins for the entire match.
