Wow. Team got wiped on Threatening despite everyone being level 18-20, and having an Arcane Warrior in the party.
We did get split up when two of us opened a treasure room while the other two went ahead, which had something to do with it, I think.

That's weak. Had a game last night, mid teen level keeper who refused to use barrier on them-self. I actually watched this person run around in circles when their health was super low, surely they will use it now. Nope. That was the worst keeper I've seen so far, we wiped, my level 8 Luka who joined midway topped the board. You know you got a bad team when that happens.

My level 4 Elementalist was kicked.

Don't be salty though Jer, I've been kicked from routine plenty. It's super cereal in the big leagues.

S'ok. My little Level 4 Elementalist with 2 powers turned around and top-scored against a bunch of people level 10-15 in my next game. ![]()
Not bad for a kit I was only using for the second time, ever.

I really wish they would fix the crash to dashboard bug. >8(
Went into Threatening as my Templar and dropped into a lobby with a high level Assassin and a fellow Templar. Switched to my Keeper and we all readied up.
The Assassin had a mic and insisted on Ramboing on ahead and rarely stuck around long enough for me to Barrier him. The Templar knew what they were doing, generating Guard and using Wrath of Heaven, as well as sticking around long enough to get Barriered. The Assassin dropped once a zone after zone 2 because Ramboing and this went on for a few more matches, during which an Alchemist dropped in. As usual, I topped the scoreboard as my Keeper every time and was pretty much the only thing keeping everyone up (well, besides the Assassin, but he brought it on himself). Got druffalo in every match and made a point to use Chain Lightning and immediately follow up with Veilstrike. Night-night, druffalo.
After a few more matches, everyone except the Assassin left and I was host, so I skipped out of the lobby.
Decided to level up my level 1 Necromancer and jumped onto a Routine match that had 2 low-level Legionnaires and a mid-level Templar. Finally dropped into the match and it turned out to be on zone 4. What do I find? The the lowest-level Legionnaire was chilling in the Fade, the Templar was bleeding out, and the other Legionnaire was in the middle of fighting off several Red Templars and a Behemoth. I laughed a bit to myself and jumped into the fray, freezing one of the Red Templars solid and panicking the others before hammering them. The Red Templars went down quick enough, but the Behemoth was still roaming around and Winters Grasp was still on cooldown. The Legionnaire went to pick up the Templar and i started hammering away at the Behemoth. Once Winters Grasp was available, the Behemoth was done for.
Turned out that was the last enemy of the zone and we went back to open up a treasure room, only to get jumped by a Revenant. Took it down quick enough and proceeded to make our way to the door. We get to the last area and I see the lower-level Legionnaire is face-planted on the ground. Immediately put 2 and 2 together and realized that the moron had pulled the whole map towards them. I decided to torture the guy for a bit and ran around his corpse while the surviving Legionnaire and the Templar went to break some pots. Meanwhile, the lower-level Legionnaire kept signalling at the door. Started jumping on his corpse before the Templar opened the door.
We finished the match pretty easily and I ended up second on the scoreboard, which isn't saying much since the other Legionnaire and the Templar had sub-500 scores and I wasn't much higher (the Legionnaire that was clutching zone 4 had a few thousand), but the fact that I had managed to outscore them in just over 1 zone worth of enemies was sad in and of itself. Especially considering how I was only level 1.
A few matches later, I finished the Weekend Challenge and jumped onto story mode.
Had one of those players who charges ahead, activating all the aggro with an alchemist, and then uses stealth to avoid combat, dumping it on everyone else. Guy was level 20 in Routine, and certainly could have taken on the enemies himself, if he wanted to, but instead, he just hung out at the door until we either died or killed everything, then plowed ahead again.
We didn't die, though, because I have a Superb HoK ring which makes me pretty much indestructible in Routine, even with a low-level character. But still, it was pretty douchey. Maybe I'm just salty because it took me until now to finish the challenge, what with the first three games not counting, being disconnected from the game a dozen times, crashes to dashboard, and people spending 5 minutes in a lobby refusing to ready up etc. etc. etc.
It was all quite lovely tonight. Except squirrels, I hate squirrels.
Had a good few runs this morning. First game included an Arcane Warrior, that the Druffalo Commander luckily took care off in round 1. The AW quit in shame, which was nice.
Instead the team (Templar, two archers and an elementalist) carried on to extract 5 times before splitting up.
poor druffalo.
met his natural predator. the mighty aw/

as he should. a mighty aw taken down by a lowly druffalo. disgraceful.
Katari pug fail - This Katari tried his best to avoid the RTC as much as possible but clearly got quite cocky, trying to avoid the RTC's leap attack at the last second... to bad he wasn't watching his surroundings ![]()
Had some good runs today, many thanks to the people playing, and a special thanks for not playing the AW (Only saw him once).
No wipes, and no deaths to the Druffalo Commander either. Got my Templar, Reaver and Archer promoted, so was nice.

I level my classes evenly, so Cillian gets to run out 8% of the time.
Oddly the number of successful agent challenge missions is not even, hmmm, my OCD tendencies will need to address that !

I've seen this too. On a keeper who I know had barrier because they used it in-between zones with no enemies even on the map. Being a purely offensive keeper is OK, if you know how to survive and keep ahead of the mobs. But after you've died so many times that you now insta-fade by zone 3, and you have barrier but don't use it, you are now a grade-A idiot.

If you have the barrier skill, the maxim
'attend to your own oxygen mask before helping others' applies.
