I'm never going to get my routine banner. I just can't bring myself to do it when I can survive in threatening as a level 1. I think I'm at like 135/250.

Ouch, that is a long way off. Yes very boring, when you can tank anything with any class at any level it loses its appeal.
You can give the Inquisition weapons a try and play with lvl 1 chars and no accessories..
And what were you doing in Routine? And why did you not revive?
HAHA
lol, I had a lvl 1 Ele, I like to put at least a few skill son my characters before I move to Threatening, dont want to let the team down by being an under level sponge.. lvl 10+ should not even look at Routine, let alone a lvl 20, the decision to not revive was a sound one.

^^ This.
And I'm guessing a couple of those like mine were just to complete the weapon weekend challenge a couple weeks ago.
Logged in this morning to run some threatening before work. I just wanted to promote my archer and was close. All I wanted was a simple run. Joined a threatening match on Level 4 which had an ELE using the missile glitch and another player blaring crap music and talking smack, music-player then trolled the flag zone and I left the match rather than waiting for him to join; joined another threatening match and music player shows up again, same behavior, same trolling of the flag zone though he did eventually come and plant the flag when we threatened to kick. I finished that match and then blocked the guy. I started my own lobby and was joined by a low-level necro who went down a few times but was congenial enough and doing her bit, then music player shows up again. I guess because I had blocked him he was automatically muted but I can tell by the other players reactions that he's talking sh*t to them and playing his blaring music again. We enter a treasure rooom and music player runs ahead, comes back with a blinking red health bar trailing the spawn behind him. Go into level 5, necro enters the fade and is swapping words with music player who is apparently making comments on her age since she used her birth year in her GT. He goes down and does the blinking "help me, help me" shield. I try to pick him up but am slaughtered en route.
tl;dr -- PUG lives up to full glory of it's rep/
I take my Archer into a Perilous PUG against Templars last night and I can see the match has begun, a Legionnaire and Arcane Warrior and another Archer.
No Barriers and limited Crowd Control, but if the Leg knows how to keep aggro or if the AW knows how to pick up aggro that's two survivable classes and two DPS, this could work.
I join in close to the end of the first zone and immediately I can see this is a mess 2 out of the 3 are doing every door and not caring when they open the doors. While the other just racers ahead without caring where anyone else is. Their Health bars are all kinds of red only saved by the font, which we seem to use before going backwards for doors skipped? How odd. If we can't handle the wave plus doors BEFORE the font, what makes them think they can handle the doors plus the next wave plus these extra doors without a font.
All three are riding the edge through the first four areas, and each goes down and up a few times.
Makes it easier for me to stay up by using Line of Sight and never pulling aggro but I can tell this sloppy play will never get us the completion I was hoping for.
Sure enough my three new friends are all on the floor bled out in the first 20 seconds post flag plant of Area 5.
Kinda sad really, each was clearly Perilous ready from a gear stand point and could generally handle themselves OK if not great in Perilous but no one seemed to pay attention to where anyone else was or what they were doing.
Names and faces withheld to protect the semi-competent.
Had an interesting mission, ending up under the map.

Was being chased by an RT Shadow and a Bear !
Not hanging around to argue with both of them and fade stepped under the floor ![]()

Nice handling of the bear and stabby McSlasherson, though.

I like the Berserk weapon route when doing challenges on routine, and on the S&S characters both Beserk Weapon and Shield. Take Triple damage? Let's make that quadruple.
Hanging on to my Berserk stuff in the futile hope that it will one day be patched to be less ridiculous.
For extra Routine-with-Berserk challenge, un-equip your +health items (Belt, any +Con stuff) and your HoK rings. ![]()
got kicked. one of the only 2 doing any real damage. yeah, ok.
I had a few amazing games last night. Including a bases loaded single in the bottom of the 9th to come back from a 1 run deficit to win!
Oops sorry, that was in MLB 15 The Show. I'll be back to DAIMP to knock out this weekend's Undying Challenge though.
Curse you! I read the first paragraph like 10 times thinking it doesn't make any sense. Only then read the second one.
two venatori commanders in one game? well played bioware.
I realise I'm lowering the tone a little... ![]()

But Belinda and the Katari concern me... ![]()

loooool, Belinda gets attention from all the boys!
Frustrating.
Started a solo Threatening with level 4 Archer. (upgraded Longshot: it's all you really need anyway) Joined by a level 10-ish Templar.
Look, casting Line in the Sand and then standing there with Shield Wall up doesn't help at all. The monsters are just going to stream around your duplicates to get at me because I'm drawing all the aggro because I'm the only one killing anything.
You could at least turn around and hit the monsters in the back when they get past you.
Sheesh.
