Had my 1st dragon facing match, and it was on perilous with a fine group including Heroicmass.    I was a keeper and Heroicmass was an archer.  I've never seen a guy so good at jumping out of a barrier casting in all of my life.  (my skills were tested indeed.)

 

I'd run up to the archer, be in barrier casting animation and YOINK!  He would do a leaping shot and I would barrier the small rock on the ground where he was a second before.

 

We ended up victorious and brought down the large frost breathing beast.  I was expecting untold riches, maybe the Arkenstone or something from beating a dragon on perilous and ended up getting a dirk or some such thing.

I feel bad for anyone I played with last night. I was so tired but I kept thinking I could keep myself awake to finish a run. I was playing an AW too, so we would kill some enemies, I'd doze off for a couple seconds just long enough to lose my barrier then get killed. Sorry!!!

BioWare you owe me a pizza!  Have to relate my 1st game on the castle map, no dragon summoned.  The 2nd last wave went on for ever and ever and ever and ever and ever.  I had put a pizza in the oven just before the match, had to run and check on it about wave 3 thought I had lots of time and because that 2nd last wave was so damn long my pizza was on the verge of being almost burnt, the crust was petrified.  I demand a pizza replacement!  (And it was going to be a yummy hawain pizza as well.)

That rock was probably in danger.  Good playing with you.  I had to run, as I believe you did also, but wish we could have had a few more games.   I believe I found your arkenstoneDragon Bow after that round, but I'm not giving it to you.

On ps3? Wonder if it's a specific platform problem. Each time I got nothing I was host. According to FAQ:
Q: Do dragons drop any loot?
A: Yes. Completing a dragon fight results in a loot a loot drop for the party.

So, we should get something every time we defeat a dragon.

Hmm, I did get loot for threatening dragons but nothing for either of the two perilous ones I've managed to kill. Something's fishy.

First time on Castle and i got rolled, everyone else ****** left me and ran away. and i ended up being alone in the front, yup with a Reaver....

 

Its hard to find Men that prefer to "Die with Honor Than to Live with Disgrace" these days....

After carrying a group through the Storm Dragon on Threatening as my Virtuoso (8th dragon killed, iirc), I went to find another lobby as my Avvar to get him to level 20.  Dropped into a lobby with 2 pugs I recognized, one playing as the Keeper and the other playing as the Alchemist.  A Legionnaire dropped in mid-match and the fight was a pain in the ass for me since it seemed like every time I was in the middle of a group of enemies, everyone had ditched me.  Pissed me off to no end.

 

Next match the Alchemist dropped out and it was me, the Keeper, and the Legionnaire.  I had leveled up and upgraded Rage of the Avvar, grabbing the Chilled Defense passive as well to increase my survivability.  It seemed to work for the most part.  Half way though the first zone I noticed that someone dropped in as Isabela.  After they caught up to us, I saw that their PSN ID was 'BootyPro'.

I had a few smooth Perilous pugs playing my keeper and archer.No room unopened,and no gold left behind.Just like I like it.

Wiped twice on Threatening dragons... terribad under geared PUGs.  Later got a good team on Perilous;  they're not wyverns, but those dragon skulls look sweet in my library  (rubbish salvage from them though).

 

Shout out to @Kakazumahalo if you're a BSNer.  A fine piece of Lego-ing!

First match as Virtuoso, disconnected before match BEGINS, then stuck on loading screen.  I kill the application, restart, load up MP, I went from level 1 to level 3 (almost 4) without having played the character yet.  Free ability points though, so, that's something.

wanted to try my first Dragon on threatening yesterday, so I searched and found a lobby for the Inferno Dragon...

Pug-team was my Keeper, 2 additional Keepers and 1 Avvar

Was some work, we tried to keep the Avvar barriered - but in Zone 5 he finally entered the Fade and we 3 Keepers tried to finish off the beast...

It worked in the end

got the blue Bow of the Dragon... nothing compared to Griffon and PbtM but at least I got loot

 

side note: did something happen (nerf-wise) to the Keeper? I ran out of Mana way more than pre-patch... maybe static cage got shanged?

Bare minutes ago, Keeper, two Assassins and myself (Elementalist.)  Threatening, Ferelden Castle, Purple Sparky-Dragon.

 

Killed the big bugger, first time I've been alive at the finale.

Peri - Castle - Virtuoso, Keeper, Hunter, Dualist..  Lobby started off as Threatening but host changed to Peri at the last second.

 

We worked very well together, no one rushing ahead, Zither providing the right barriers/buffs at all times, Keeper on the ball with barriers, Hunter (me) picking off all archers and placing spike traps behind targets to keep em knocked down, Dualist killing almost everything else.

 

One of the best pugs I have ever been in, no communication was needed, we all knew our roles and breezed it, thoroughly enjoyable, too bad I had to go after that match..

 

There was an awful lot of lag tho, Zither seems to bring the house down with all the buffs..
