If I had a preference, zone 1 doesn't really matter surely.
Zone 2, left side preference.
Zone 3, left gain and choke point
Zone 4, right side and choke point.
What routes do others have in mind?

zone 2 up the stairs on the left, or do the ladder trap. Zone 3 straight to the middle and to the right when the bridge drops. Zone 4 hug the right wall and pull enemies to the balcony chokepoint. Really depends on if it's demons or not, despair demons force you to move around more. Thank the maker there ain't any in zone 4.
Couple of peri runs on castle, first one was amazing, our ZITHER was on fire (it was the inferno dragon) and we went through the whole thing without a hitch.
Leader asks if we want to go and do another run, hell yea, nice team, good players, should be no problem.. Epic fail, we all start making silly mistakes and wipe on zone 3.. Win some, lose some..was a nice experience though..
Wasn't it zone 4 by any chance? ![]()
I had quite some solid runs with quite the solid group tonight doing frost castle runs multiple times (successfully). Keeper/Lego, AW and Duelist and myself as zither.
Not sure if any of you will ever read this, but many thanks for the fun; I'm sorry for the crash that happened on my part - I couldn't find my way back otherwise I would've loved to have another go at the dragon. ![]()
took down a fire dragon with the pirate lass.
taking the passive where i get max elusive when my teammates die was a good decision

I have yet to regret this. Especially when dragons are involved.
Zone 1-4 dont seem bad as most times you can get some group to follow you to the safe corners and the 1 or 2 guys that eat dragon breath to the face are not too much of a handicap.
I know my issue is the pugs I find all want to camp the flag in zone 5 and dont understand that any corner would be better but under a roof is the best. I lost track of the fails i get on routine so I guess maybe if I go to the more challenging difficulties I can find better groups? Somehow I doubt this but I was hoping to casually slay a few dragons and I annoyed by the utter lack of tactics on lower difficulties again. Its like starting MP all over again when everyone was new and racing around the zone 5 areas to find the good camp spots for each boss type.
Routine Zone 5 Demon faction.
I aggro demon commander and take out the spirit wraiths while running with Isabela (Duelist) and her lovely crossbow.
Level 19 archer manages to go down twice anyway. Wut.
disconnect. :\
the only way a dragon can beat a mighty arcane warrior.

Sometimes I just want to summon the dragon because I know it will probably be easier than having the team try to down a faction commander by standing in the middle of the zone and running around in circles which seems to be happening a lot lately.
...and disconnect

Nope, deffo zone 3, we all split up and died quickly, unfortunately I find that 'split party=dead party' on certain peri matches.. Still had fun though, finding some real cool people who play as a team, I usually pug because I like seeing how other people play (and don't have that many friends..haha!) so sometimes you get great teams, other times...they are lacking a little skill... ![]()
Dear Team Member: When you have the inconvenient urge to die in a puddle of fire can you please crawl out of it before I revive you? As you can see I am on a red health bar myself and walking into the same fire puddle would barbeque us both, since we are on zone 5 and I am all out of health potions it would be great if you could kindly do this for me.
I know it probably hurts a lot but you are not helping matters by lying there screaming 'come here'.
Was debating whether to play another few games or go to bed, figured I'd open a couple chests and if I got something good I'd stay up, if not I'd go to bed. First chest nothing, second chest, finally got a Sulevin blade.
I had a marathon of bad luck last night.
game 1- disconnect at the score screen that forced a host migration to permenant black screen. Rebooted PS3.
game 2- Game locked up in wave 5. Rebooted PS3.
game 3- wipe in wave 1 on ROUTINE orlesian chateu.
game 4- Start up game and 2 man to completion, at score screen there is a host migration and I get dropped back in wave 5 with two new pugs and complete for much reduced XP.
game 5- perilous dragon, all players ready up and the match begins, before we even load into the map, there is a host migration leaving only 2 rogues. Wipe in wave 1.
Then after that a handful of decent games, but my last game of the night was with a perilous dragon, the team is amazing, I am zithering my heart out, I see we have a good party so i hit the gong, then I freeze again in wave 4. I hope they at least killed the dragon. It was close to 2am and I had to work so I went to bed. Man what a terrible night.
Ran into Drasca in a Perilous pug... which I had no business being in and spent most of my time in the fade.
That's what having no HoK rings gets ya. No dragon stuffs. Plus side; got the Virtuoso unlocked. Thanks for the backpack ride. ![]()
oh kewl i got a dragon bow out of a chest

+1
I will add, if you're in the open, crawl to cover so when we attempt to revive you we are not taking ranged hits while doing do.

Anyone ever had a Leeroy Jenkins in their party? But of course... I give you the infamous benefactor of said gamer no-no-ism.

If the game knows you may turn the console off and go to bed it gives you things
