Forgot I had a game where I managed to drop to 1 hp against the Frost Dragon then wipe to dragonlings xD

 

How on earth we managed to wipe is beyond me - it was threatening with three level 15+ and one dude stuck in Aslan's closet (Narnia).

I (sort of) got my first hate message!  

 

Dropped into a Perilous lobby as my level 19 Virtuoso with a slightly lower level Reaver as host and a level 20 Hunter, both of which are already in the match.  The map was the Chateau and when I finally loaded in, it turned out to be Red Templars.

 

Both the Reaver and Hunter were finishing up zone 1 and I caught up to them, before heading back to a rogue door that was closed.  Oh, did I mention I had no hud?  Nothing at all.  Ran around spamming Barrier on everyone.  Well, before the Hunter came back to open the door, the Reaver dragged us to the next zone.

 

Ok, fine, whatever, me and the Hunter move ahead while the Reaver hangs back for a bit.  I'm Barriering the Hunter like crazy and he's making enemies into pincushions.  Then I got a message from the Reaver.  Was in the middle of fighting the Red Templars, so I decided to wait until we cleared the zone to check it.  A Legionnaire dropped in while the Reaver was catching up to us and I was Barriering like a pro.  Had no idea what level the Legionnaire was since I had no hud, but I assumed he was decently leveled considering how well he was doing at surviving.  Well, outside my Barriering, at least.

 

After clearing the zone, I tried to check the message the Reaver sent, only to be pulled to the next zone.  The Hunter and Legionnaire pulled away and my messages simply refused to load, so I went back into the match and caught up with the Legionnaire and Hunter.  After a bit more, the Reaver caught up too.  It was fairly easy clearing the zone, so after all the enemies were dead, I tried looking at the message again.  Of course, I got pulled to the next zone again and my messaged still wouldn't load, so I decided to wait until the last zone.  Of course, we ended up getting the gas and the Hunter decided to blitz it to the bonfire.  I managed to keep up with him and make sure he didn't go kamikaze, and the Reaver and Legionnaire eventually caught up to us.  Due to the Hunter's rush, the entire zone was aggroed, so we were all pretty much cornered, me Barriering like crazy to keep everyone up.

 

We eventually cleared the zone and I went to check on the message.  When it finally showed up, it read: "dont make me lag out"

 

Right as I backed out of it, I got kicked.  Which is kind of BS, considering how I had only been standing at the last font room for less than half a minute.

 

I shrugged and replied back to the Reaver: "have fun strugglin"

 

Reaver: "when your leader then you can ****** about doors"

 

  I shrugged again and responded: "i like how you're assuming i wasn't going to the banner because of the doors.  it's amusing.  the reason why I didn't go to the banner right away was because I was looking at your message bitching about me making you lag out (which doesn't happen because someone plays a certain class).  if you had waited a minute before kicking me, i would've joined you at the banner.  but no, you had to be the impatient ****** you apparently are

oh, and btw, i went the whole match with no hud and i STILL Barriered your sry ass"

 

I'm actually looking forward to seeing him again just to troll him.     I would love to see if he has a mic.

Had some great perilous runs tonight. SulkyBadger i don't know if you post around here or not but those were some badass legionnaire skills. we essentially two maned the castle on perilous a few times, me on my duelist and sulky on the legionnaire. great times.

Yes it does... Virtuoso makes normal maps lag and ferelden castle crash for me. On PS3, don't know what's the deal with other platforms.

FC - Threatening, fun match, Virtuoso leader who left just after zone 3, waiting for host migration, come back and we are a party of 4 Avvar..  all 4 of us lvl 12-17...  

Since Virtuoso rung the gong for us it would seem a waste to let this one go so we decide to go for it, by the Lady in the Sky, what a success! We all hug cover, 3 of us have Lady's Wrath on non-stop, there are Avvar leaping all over the place, enemies freezing and burning at the same time!

To top it all, my Boon of the Spoon delivered the killing blow to the Dragon, causing him to explode!  Its matches like this which make the game interesting for me, thanks fellow Avvar People!

Two out of three castle matches had narnia disease last night.  Then in the wave 5 dragon area I couldn't see any enemies nor the flag area.  I didn't know if a dragon had been called or not because that wave was narnia'd for me.  Finally figured it out when team mates were hitting the over here button.  Had another dragon level with no dragon summoned, so the elementalist in our group decides he's going to be playful and run around the outside of the flag circle for a bit.  Of course the fire dragon drops a breath attack right on our heads while dipshi* is prancing around outside the circle.

 

Was going to try and get in a quick match this am with my coffee, first had to load a new patch.  Then about 4 games where the hose would not ready up and another 4 you have been disconnected situations.  I gave up.

I've probably got around that and I have the shield. Nothing else yet. I've only received any type of weapon maybe 5 times in all my clears.

Every match on FC I played last night had a virtuoso. The team killed everything quite easily but I was on edge for the full wave 4 until I got past it without getting disconnected.

I haven't counted but I'm still missing mace, maul and greatsword. Instead I've got like 4 bows, 3 daggers, 2 staves and the rest.

I have a level 19 virtuoso that I can't get to 20 because anytime I start a match, It host migrates to me and I end up locking up. (Ps3 as well). I have given up using virtuoso all together. Which is sad because hes very fun in perilous. I think I do ok (only slightly bad fps) until I do power chord then its just game over and I have to hard reboot my ps3.

I'm just wondering which platform people are experiencing these (frequent) disconnects on? As a PC player the only type of disconnect I get to deal with every few games is a crash back to my desktop with DAI suddenly closed without warning... Hate it when that happens during a flawless perilous FC run.

Boo, I have only managed to get through a handful of Perilous FCs without disconnecting I am hoping that I will get a hot streak soon but its looking early like i might be one of the unlucky ones. My last 3 Dragon kills included some mats, a lvl11 blue greatsword and my 57th lunge and slash ring.

My buddy, Captain_Fluffies, does that all the time. She's crazy. Probably why she likes the Necromancer so much.
