So... I was curious about the rune system in this game. I put fire and lighting on my weapon. Does it overlap each other or stack? I'm afraid it doesn't overlap.... unless it has to be the same to stack? Extra details recommended also xD. Thanks.

Yes, runes work individually... that counts for non-elemental runes as well. So two Slow runes on the same weapon will give you two chances to inflict Slow with each strike.

Yup. +5 Ice and + 5 Fire damage each get counted separately when you hit the enemy.
