I'm gonna be this spec my first time being a rogue. As a warrior, I'm gonna be a Templar and I'll be a Necromancer as a mage.
I'm just gonna make a human and give him extremely light blue armor if possible and run around like Alphonse.

Hmm, why do I have to think of Borderlands...
Maybe because of the thought of....

Either way Tempest has my interests but now it is only a matter of learning what skills will Tempest provide to seal the deal.
So fellow Tempests, what race and fighting style will you choose for your inquisitors???
I'm still undecided about playing mage vs. rogue first, but if rogue, I'd go elf and probably Tempest (other choice I'm considering is Assassin).
I'd be a DW rogue.
Now that we know what Tempest is, it will definitely be my spec of choice for my rogue.

Assassin Specialization has always been good for both Dagger and Bow due to how the Mark skill allows the target to die faster. Great to use on Bosses, Strong enemies, and Heavy HP enemies.
Tempest, being a new Specialization, is still a unknown for now but it may be more suited for Bow users if it is a Grenade/Mage type specialization for Rogues. The elemental buffs could be useful for Daggers Rogues but the Grenade part will most likely be best for Dagger if Friendly Fire is off since you don't want to go throwing a Grenade at point blank with Friendly fire on.

Do we know if Tempest use grenades yet? I figured it was mainly just adding elemental damage to attacks.
I really like Tempest b/c it has the rogue/mage feel to it and that's usually my favorite type of character to play if I can. Dragon Age hasn't really had anything close to that until now. I think of Sera as an 'Arcane Archer' which is one of the prestige classes I liked choosing when playing the old Neverwinter Nights games.
I was planning on using Sera though and the bad thing about two Tempest would be overlap of the Focus consuming ability. I think a DW Assassin would be a better compliment anyway as that brings awesome spike damage potential.
