Mission went to school.
Visas tried to fix the error of her ways.
Carth became a Republic Admiral (as seen in KotOR II).
Jolee went back to Kashyyyk to wait for his next quest.

And you Veers? I left before Disney came,and took over said galaxy. I wish Bioware held the rights for the Star Wars.

Atton goes to help look for Revan in one (game romance) timeline but the book says he didn't so make your own mind up.
