That, and the fact we are getting the other L.I shoved in our faces constantly, and those of us who are fans of his romance are getting craped on( the da2 bug and comics).I wouldn't call Zevran's inclusion pure fan service. After the bug in DA2, I think it's owed to people who romanced Zevran only to have him act like he was as unfaithful as Jacob.
I'm fine with not seeing him, but I'll be glad if they have some kind of means to follow up and clear up the bug.

Zevran is pretty much Oberyn from ASOIAF. Killing him should be a crime!

She uses the crow as her symbol, calls her agents crows and lives in the rookery. If she hasn't taken them over, the Antivan Crows have a serious case for copyright infringement.

She doesn't use a crow as her symbol. she is called the Nightingale. The bird which supposedly if you heard sing, it meant someone died. So it's much more likely that symbol of a bird is the actual code name she goes by.
Also Crows can be hired. just because she may use them time to time doesn't mean she is there leader. it just means they owe her favors or she pays them. it isn't unheard of that spy organizations might hire other spy organizations to do work for them
Example. MI6/CIA using companies like International Intelligence Limited to do work for them.

No! No no no no, that martian cameo can't be Zev's last appearance in DA... Varric is his own dude, not nearly the Zev that Zev was. Why did I look this up just to disappoint myself...? Really? No room for our iconic Antivan Crow to appear in this Thedas-wide journey? Won't think about it. Can't think about it...

OK, I know this is a necro'ed thread, but I just wanted to note with some amusement that all three of my characters have now saved Zevran from the Antivan Crows. It's practically a running gag at this point.

The irony is he showed up for me when he wasn't supposed to. In the buggy save import of DA 2, he stayed dead when he was supposed to, and after using the new and improved Keep he was suddenly alive again. Maybe it's because I recruited him and killed him after be betrayed me? Because I saw another import where he didn't appear on the wartable if he was killed right away.

When Zev first showed up via the war table in my first DAI playthrough, before the "help me get away now" one of course, I couldn't stop laughing because this was exactly the first thing I thought: I'm gonna have to save his ass again, via war table being only difference. *snickers*
