In my first playthrough of Dragon Age as a male character, I romanced Zevran and decided to call him Zevu and Fenris and decided to call him Fen-Fen. I replayed DA as a female and romanced Alistair (calling him Alis) and Sebastian (who I called Basti). In Mass Effect, as a maleShep, I romanced Kaidan calling him Daddy Alenko. As a femShep I romanced Liara and for some reason just liked calling her Dr. T'Soni.

 

 

With DA:I, are any of you looking forward to giving cute nicknames to your LI? I'm still stuck on what to call Dorian. Maybe Dee-Dee.

Isabela I always call her Bela which remind me of the french word 'Belle' which mean 'beautiful' .

 

I liked Merri for Miranda (although I never played a Maleshep..and I wanted to ) , and I would never dare give one to my Li Samara She may just hit me with a Singularitee !

 

My chosen Li for DAI is Sera and I don't know yet....her name is beautiful already ! but I may find something once I get the game

No, not unless they actually have a nickame that is used in the game. 

 

Come to think of it, I don't believe many Bioware companions have in-game nicknames. I think Zevran might be referred to as 'Zev' a couple times, and Ashley Williams in Mass Effect is sometimes referred to as 'Ash.' But I think that's it. Also Anders I suppose, but I'm not counting him since we only know his nickname. I don't believe his real name is ever given.

I know the feeling I was so pissed when Alistair dumped my Cousland after the landsmeet. My husband made fun of me because I was angry about it for days. I was still mad when I went into awakening.

My GOD that made me so angry.  I retroactively kill off Jacob in ME 2 every time.  He NEVER survives the suicide mission as far as I'm concerned.  Then again, I like to imagine that ME 3 never happens period.
