Hi everyone,
    I just bought a collectors copy of dragon age and
installed it with no problem but when I go to play the game, the
configuration utility pops up and tries to collect information on my
system. The bar gets almost to the midway point and then I get a
message saying: "Dragon Age: Origins Configuration Utility has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience" My computer should be able to run the game, here are the
specifications

I've
tried to reinstall the game and update my drivers but nothing seems to
be helping, any advice or help I could get would be greatly
appreciated. thanks so much.
