Justice might be able to withstand the taint, Gaider said he might be even able to cure the taint when the calling is close however Cory was so much stronger than the taint.

Justice might be able to halt the need for Anders to go to his Calling, but in the quote you provided, Gaider didn't say anything about Justice being able to cure the Taint.

Exact quote "it may delay or remove the necessity for his Calling altogether". If not cure maybe he can remove the need for calling but keep Anders alive, tainted.

So you are telling me people don't say or do things they'd never do when they are angry? Specially when its scientifically proven anger is temporary insanity and a mind of angry person has same neurological signals as a psychopath.

This is even more true about spirits as they are directly related to the host's emotions, not to mention in Thedas there is a close relation between emotion and magic in the first place. Even Wynne and faith slip when Wynne is angry at the end. If you have a better explanation I'm all ears Emperorknowalot.

No. I am saying that people absolutely do so. And they don't get to hide behind bullshit excuses that "Oh, but this only happens when I am angry". Just like Anders and Vengeance doesn't get to either.

And since insanity is NOT a scientific term, so you are sadly gonna need to try to sell that to some actually ignorant on the terms. Anger is an emotional response to outside stimuli, which often appears irrational and/or extreme.

Grey Wardens don't die from the Taint or the Calling, so Justice would effectively be doing nothing then.

They go insane however, and end up immersed in the song. Maybe a spirit like Justice could block that out, I don't know. Or maybe it'd just make it a helluva lot worse.

I didn't use the word "insane". I said psychopath, people who don't feel certain feelings such as remorse because the part of brain responsible for such emotions doesn't work therefore they are incapable. Anger can temporarily put you in that state so you can do things you'd never do otherwise.

The fact that Justice is only able to seize control when Anders is angry is speaking volumes on the matter, I seriously doubt he is unaffected by the fury when it has rendered Anders powerless to control himself. Spirits and magic are directly connected to the emotions.

No they die, the corruption of the taint is a slow death but you die. First you become a ghoul then you die, some much faster than others.

No they don't die. Did you even read the novel? Or play Awakening?

They die slowly, some die instantly. Like the joining that kills some and makes some grey wardens there are different fates when it comes to the calling. Only the Grey Wardens have been able to survive the taint by undergoing the Joining, however it is only a temporary escape as with progression of age the taint will spread and either kill or turn them to ghouls in which case they will die slowly.

Edit: from codex: "Fortunately, ghouls rarely survive their corruption for long."

What I find interesting about Justice/Anders is that in legacy, when he succumbs to Cory's call the first thing he does is summon shade demons like a typical abomination. I find it odd that some could argue that Anders isn't an abomination.  I also agree that the Friend path seems to be the unhealthy path and not just with Anders but with all the companions except Varric. I find Isabella's bad habits to be harmless over all, except for that business with the Qunari. But Anders, Fenris, and Merrill's friendships seem to be all about cosigning their BS.

That's why I typically have my warrior Hawke befriend Anders while my Mage tends to rival him. The first time you meet him you're supposed to tell him how getting himself possessed is useful. I can see how a warrior/rogue who didn't get mage training from Malcolm would probably be  ignorant to how stupid that is but a Mage Hawke should know better.

And yeah, Wardens don't die from the taint, It's just that when the taint catches up a Warden goes into the deep roads and fight darkspawn until they get killed in battle. That is how they die.

A dev confirmed that abominations or demons coming from ground is none-canon and completely impossible. In every single encounter we see this its just a way to add mobs into the game.

And about wardens, refer to post above yours.

She wants to brush aside a slaver for the sake of a ship too.

Yes you did. You specifically said: "Temporary insanity".

And yes, anger can affect you in ways you didn't realize. But you STILL don't get to claim that "it wasn't me", because it WAS you, and it will remain you. You do not physically change when you are angry, and you are responsible for any action you do while angry.

Vengeance is forever an aspect of Justice, maybe that will change when Anders dies but that's not the point. Also I never claimed he changes "physically". He is warped into a harsher and absolute form of himself who instead of helping mages thinks all Templars must die for example but he never does that. Instead him and Anders help mages escape. Again I didn't took responsibility from Justice, this was about friend Anders being in more control due to being able to control himself and Justice more often. Therefore Justice is more himself, just like Anders.

Source? And why could Justice not have simply summoned them from the Fade? He certainly has the capability to do it, especially since he was possessing a pretty powerful mage.

I cannot find it right now but I will keep looking, I remember the exact words were Gameplay and story segregation. Demons and Abominations do not come from ground, the veil needs to be torn first and that takes blood magic. Even then a portal is opened, they don't pop up from ground.

Vengeance IS Justice. Unless you are talking about the concepts in which case they are dinstinctly different.

Stop making up things and just play the game again. Grey Wardens eventually just become darkspawn like monsters.

I don't see how this is different than dual personality which ironically needs a trigger to happen

Sometimes I do wonder if you are deliberately trying to be annoying. The become ghouls and the die a slow death, meanwhile they are slaves to the darkspawn. YOU need to play again

Because there is no trigger. There is no seperate personality. Whenever you talk to the entity you prefer to call Justice, you are actually talking to Vengeance. Whatever you prefer to call it, is utterly meaningless. Vengeance/Justice is no longer a spirit of justice, it is a spirit of vengeance, no matter what you call it.

The trigger is anger, was is too hard to guess? Justice and Vengeance is too intertwined and so is the spirit. He is Justice and Vengeance both. And that is purely your opinion my friend, he is called Justice/Vengeance for a reason. Your usage of the words utter and meaningless does not make your statement any less utterly meaningless  ;) . Because ultimately you are expressing your opinion like anyone else.

There's no way anyone can be this dense or consistent in their trolling. I'm only going to guess that you legitimately don't understand.

Are you talking to yourself? I cannot suppress laughter right now four you are exposed with your own "evidence".

"The darkspawn taint turns creatures into ghouls, all except the Grey Wardens who are made, at least temporarily, immune to the taint by their Joining" When its time for their calling they will become ghouls.

There is in game conversation that deliberately says after some time and when the calling is close the grey wardens will start to turn into ghouls and become darkspawn so they rather die fighting. But ghouls don't live long. Its canon and fact stated in codex and lore alike.

Anders shared his tormented soul with a spirit and it corrupted him, turning him into something close to a demon.

So human feelings can corrupt a spirit and turn him into a demon? Interesting...

What if demons were born as spirits?

And if so, does witnessing human dreams - which are a reflexion of our emotions (such as unspoken desires, pride over our conquests, envy, jealousy)- change them forever?

And if they can be changed for bad, corrupted, then...can they also be changed for good? Or is the process truly irreversible?

Those are valid questons, right? Not that the human vessel bearing a demon within would be able to purify it...or would it?

Demons are former spirits corrupted by their desires. And demons can return to what they were before, but I think that's quite rare.

I let Anders walk the world to see what his mania had caused.
And hope both him and justice see what they had wrought, live with it and be given a choice to make up for their deeds.

Its idealistic but not the truth, he will, more in turn justice/vengence they may not abide on the demons.

There's no way you're serious. The same Silent Sister in this novel from 20 years before DA:O, is alive and well in Awakening, after having her Taint accelerated to the point of becoming a darkspawn. Ghouls also don't become darkspawn. They just die. Darkspawn also have been shown by all cases, to be immortal unless killed in battle. There's no way you're serious. You just can't be. I'm just going to believe you're a troll and nothing more.
